I had a very disappointing experience at the Premier Inn Hayes Hyde Park during my recent stay with my family. We checked out on Sunday after a bad breakfast. The food was served cold and poorly cooked, and the juice wasn't at the right temperature either. Unfortunately, my kids fell ill shortly after eating, which was incredibly concerning. The lack of care in food preparation is unacceptable, and the reception staff were not equipped to handle guest concerns effectively. I cannot recommend this hotel to families, as it’s clear that they need to invest in qualified chefs and improve their customer service. Attention to food safety and guest experience is essential, and this hotel falls short in both areas.
