The beds are only made every 2 days, the coffee machine was broken, and the welcome wasn't very friendly. Public parking is expensive at $22.

Really lovely hotel! Very clean and comfortable with nice facilities.

Awesome front desk service and staff! Just stayed over for the weekend to attend a Dodgers game. Picked this hotel because other closer hotels had a $40-$60 per night parking fee, while this one was reasonably priced at $15 per night I believe. I wasn’t expecting a brand new hotel, and it was really nice. Only junk thing was our in room fridge was either broken or not plugged in so I had to throw away a cup of fruit but not a big deal. Will definitely be staying here every time I come to town for a game.

The room have strange smell but everything inside are clean. Opposite the hotel has big grocery shop, so it is very convenient. The house keeping is come the every other day.

Overall was good, nice helpful front desk staff. But, did not inform us that parking was not free. I was only made known when my room deposit refund was usd15 lesser. Please have courtesy to inform us first.

This hotel is not convenient from the airport. There is no shuttle bus from the airport. We saw a fake review that said there is a shuttle bus. it's so bad! Ctrip should not allow such a review!! When we realised that there is no shuttle bus from the airport, we called an Uber from the airport to go to the hotel. Each way the Uber cost 46 dollars (without tip). Even though the hotel is not very far from the airport. We don't know why it's so expensive. So we paid 100 dollars just to from and to the airport. We are not happy about it :( So don't stay at this hotel if you are going from the airport. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste your money.

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay. The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

Place was good

Had stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and satisfied with the spacious room and all amenities in the hotel. However, we are disappointed with the management on the housekeeping arrangement. During our 7 nights of stay, there is only ONCE room cleaning service provided. Had multiple checked with counter, they said they will arrange room cleaning the day but they didn’t. Hope the management can improve this issue.

Clean and large room and comfortable bed, I could enjoy internet TV with my Netflix account. Staffs were very kind.
