Very disappointed, we had to cancel our stay due to Covid, I called to cancel 8 days before our stay. I was advised to email with some changes of dates, which I did twice. I then tried to call, Ollie the manager told me to email again, still no response. I called again and spoke to a lady and explained I had emailed several times and not had a response, so requested a refund. She explained she would need to have the refund authorised by Ollie the manager and promised me a call back that day. Still waiting for the phone call 3 weeks on. In the meantime I have emailed again and left several voicemails. Still not been contacted. Pity really we were really looking forward to staying. Doesn’t look like the money I paid will be refunded anytime soon. Customer Service 0 Communication 0
