"My stay at the hotel was pleasant and exceeded expectations in some areas. The staff were exceptionally well-behaved, always polite, and guided us properly throughout our stay, which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean and well-maintained, offering a great place to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, adding to the comfort of the stay. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything tidy. However, while the overall experience was positive, the food was on the expensive side, which felt a bit overpriced compared to other aspects of the stay. Despite this, I would recommend the hotel for its service and amenities."

Pros: 1) The swimming pool at Haywizz is undoubtedly the star attraction. Set in the middle of Building, the pool is both visually appealing and functionally superb. The pool area is expansive, with a main pool for general use and a smaller, pool for kids adjacent to it. The pool is impeccably maintained. The water was crystal clear, and the surrounding deck area was clean and free of debris. 2) The Deluxe Room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a mini swimming pool inside the room. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens and a selection of pillows. The room also featured a cozy seating area and a direct access to main swimming pool behind the rooms. 3) In-room amenities included a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was luxurious, with a rainfall shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. 4) The room was spotless upon arrival, and daily housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the stay. 5) The staff at Haywizz were consistently attentive and friendly. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient room service, the level of professionalism and hospitality was impressive. Special requests were handled promptly, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. 6) The hotel offers several dining options, ranging from casual poolside snacks to fine dining. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a variety of hot and cold options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurant serves a mix of international and local cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes, which were fresh and flavorful. The poolside bar also offered light bites and refreshing cocktails. 7) Haywizz hotel lives up to its name, providing a peaceful and luxurious retreat. The overall ambiance is relaxed yet sophisticated, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. The in-room swimming pool combined with the elegant interior decor, create a serene environment perfect for unwinding. Cons: During our 3 nights of stay we did not find anything negative with this property. We enjoyed d stay as much as our kids enjoyed the awesome swimming pool. Conclusion: Haywizz is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch amenities. The biggest swimming pool, in particular, stands out as a highlight of the stay, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. With attentive service, comfortable rooms, and a variety of dining options, this hotel provides a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Poorly maintained and lacks hygiene. Wi-Fi wasn’t working and nothing was done despite complaints. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Electric socket short circuited and caught fire when Kettle was plugged. Was immediately repaired though. Unprofessional Reception staff. Restaurant was okay but unreasonably expensive. Senior Steward’s service and Operation Manager was the only saving grace.

Great rooms with amazing in room pool and the room has a direct access to the main pool. The staff are really helpful. The Hotel is situated at a walking distance to the Jetty which makes it quite helpful for first timers. Had a lovely stay in Dec 2019

We were celebrating our Anniversary there and they made it just worst even after paying an heft amount of charges. Everything is overpriced here u don’t get value for your money. I ordered veg food instead they gave me non veg…..🫣🫣Really disappointing experience at the hotel. At the time of check out no body came to help us with our baggage

The most disastrous experience of our entire trip. A memory we'd like to forget as soon as possible. The Chef and the owners must be prisoned in the Cellular Jail for running terrible food & below average Gazebo setups. We ordered their 3 course meal and it turned out terribly 👎 bad... We left in 15mins of eating but waited overall 2 hours.. 1.45 hours was time taken to prepare the worse meal ever... the staff realised this and were very sorry abt it but little could they do.. 7000rs went down the drain.. Will not forget nor forgive the Chef, Plz DONOT go or fall for their candle light dinner trap... Please ask your Chef to quit making food... it is a crime, a disservice to mother nature & humanbeings...
