省流：不要來
沒有牙刷。沐浴露用完不補充。飲用水衹提供一次。不能帶人回酒店，過去拿下東西都不行，要100多美元。帶朋友來，朋友在大堂等我，那個保安恨不得兩分鐘趕一次人。酒店幫助打車的人明知價格不合理，故意宰客。前台不提醒任何訊息，退房等你晚兩個小時之後才打電話，直接要20美元。投訴沒有任何結果，基本的服務投訴完也沒有保障。大堂經理也只是推卸責任，不去解決問題。這破地方反正是愛哭的孩子有奶吃，你不投訴人家就把你當狗對待。房間非常潮，海景是真的，房間硬件問題不大。早餐品種有限且不好吃。周圍飯店奇貴。離市區遠。

房間挺大，衞生間裏面是金華五金和佛山瓷磚的即視感，總體中規中矩，酒店下面有幾家餐廳還行

Best experience possible. The team is amazing, and they go above and beyond for their guests. From check in, to all staff, everything is flawless. The team helped us celebrate a birthday, with a wonderful meal, amazing cake, and some champagne.

My wife and I traveled to Cuba with a Road Scholar group. We both had trouble logging into the hotel's WiFi. She has an iPhone and mine is Android. After fighting with our phones for half an hour, we walked to the guest services desk. The lady who helped us got us both online at record speed!!

The hotel restaurant Bahia was very nice and so was the pool! It is so nice and easy to get into. Very beautiful Love the naranja soda you get here! Food was good here i had chicken sandwich and the flatbread was good! Hoster Cosette provided excellent service!

Highly recommend the Grand Aston! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The food, location, and atmosphere are top notch. The pool and decks are gorgeous. Best flan in Cuba. Love the lobby bar staff and their knowledge of local specialties.
