In the hotel you can't pay with American credit cards or us dollar or any other cash money , the breakfast is ok but no the best for 5 starts hotel, juice always warm, the food that supposedly to warm , was always cool, the security always looking at you like you are a criminal, and to finished this place was veryyyyyy disgusting, dirtiest it can be ,you can see the pictures, that creature I found it in my room after we founded another one in our first day but smaller, so I was like is ok, is Cuba , but really no way, I will never come back to that hotel.

Amazing place to stay, the hotel really is just so beautiful and definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff are all so helpful and really just so lovely. Right next to the ocean and the views are just incredible. To get into town they have a free shuttle bus that goes into old town there and back.

Good location but you need to take taxi if about usd 30 but I think it’s the same in the location for travellers

房間很大，幾乎可以四口之家的面積，2-3張床，有陽台，洗浴設備也很給力，wifi不佳，門鎖用的磁卡遇到電子設備容易消磁…酒店有很多大小各異的會議中心，且工作人員專業高效，適合開小型會議！

一如既往喜歡它的海景陽台，可以每晚沉靜時刻獨自抽煙。酒店房間大，設施也齊全，服務熱情，就是設施有點老舊，不過不會影響居住心情。喜歡酒店泳池和庭院休閑區域的設計。

雖然酒店比較旧，但係畀起其他新酒店，這一間大堂及服務比較好,工作人員多，套房都比起其他新酒店大，只是設施比較舊，似是老牌5星洒店，wifi快，參觀了幾间新洒店的房間，还是選擇Melia Habana住，房間向海，很舒服 地点都方便，楼下有餐廳，晚上又可以到地下飲杯嘢 早餐種類都多，餐廳大，refill食物快

酒店位置比較偏，還好去市中心有穿梭巴士，大概兩小時一班。古巴是一個資源非常匱乏的國家。出發前建議攜帶些乾糧。

房間對着大海泳池，在哈瓦那新城區乾淨整潔，每天有班車🚌去老城，包車去巴拉德羅海灘180刀10小時， 衞生：還算可以 淋浴龍頭出水大，連住四晚比想象中的要好，自助早餐，夠吃麪包雞蛋牛奶鮮榨果汁咖啡☕️蛋糕各種肉類…在物資匱乏的國家已經很不錯了

訂的行政樓層套房 108平方 在9樓check-in 給我的8127房 門口貼着他們女作曲家的作品 是她住過的房兩個洗手間 陽台可以看日出 還送了一瓶朗姆酒

這個酒店我從十多年前就開始住，來哈瓦那大多數時間住在這裏，住了無數次了，服務很好。在哈瓦那是不錯的酒店，就在海邊，對面是哈瓦那商務中心。雖然裝修比較久了，但並不感到舊。

還不錯吧 住了好幾回 價格也很好 就是wifi要一天一連

離市區遠了點。最好的房間，視野也很好，大海碧藍但沒有沙灘，在酒店圍欄之外。餐廳尚好吧，雪茄吧的雪茄都是開盒的（有假的嫌疑）。奇怪攜程上衹能訂到類似酒店。實際上哈瓦那好酒店非常多，但攜程訂不到。
