Very beautiful hotel! I was in Havana for the first time! I choose this hotel, it turned out to be the best! Maximum recommendations! The head of the sky level service - Veronica - is simply the best! The room in beautiful colors! The bathroom is located in the center of the room, with a beautiful view of the ocean!

The hotel is very nice with a spectacular view of both Havana Bay and the Castle across the water. The service is excellent and people above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The pool on the 4th floor is nice with the same great views and was not busy at all this time of year (January 2025). From the roof top you can see most of the Havana and they have restaurants and bars that can get crowded at times All in all a good experience

From the very first meeting of the staff in this hotel it was an absolute pleasure. The check in process and the room were outstanding. Front Desk staff were amazing and professional. The restaurants are incredible. The first morning breakfast in the 2nd Floor dinning room was unbelievable, fresh fruit, custom made eggs from Jonathan and the servers were also very helpful and professional. We were greeted there by Miguel and he was very helpful and made sure that we were happy with our breakfast. Fernando the Hotel director made us feel very special when he would visit in the lobby bar or just in passing through the lobby. We will book this hotel again for our stay in Havana as it located very close to restaurants and shopping. The Malecon right out the front door.

What an excellent stay I had. Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was massive and the view was to die for. Massive bed and slept like a king. Breakfast was spectacular. Free WIFi for my entire stay. Rooftop bar was great and the infinity pool with a view of the malecon was superb. Would highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful Hotel. Great Breakfast! Make sure you bring a credit card for any purchases at the hotel. They do not accept cash of any kind. (Other than for tips ;) ) The view from the rooftop pool has a stunning view of the ocean, the Malecón, and Havana!
