Great location, just next to Kim yong morning market, walk distance to Lee garden, got free parking for hotel guest

The hotel is conveniently located near various food spots and Lee Garden, which is a big plus. While the room wasn’t as nice as I expected, overall the experience was good. The service was great, and the location is excellent.

Great location! You can reach Kim Yong market by walking over the street. Have lots of local food near by. This hotel also have parking if you are driving. Definitely will stay here again when planing to visit Hatyai again.

A decent family stay. Everything is within walking distance, just 3-5 minutes to Kim Yong Market, Watson's, 7-Eleven, Amazon Coffee, and a Nescafe shop. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub is another plus. Recommended for those with kids and elderly family members.

First time using Trip.com — and also my last time staying at this hotel. Soundproofing: ★ Extremely poor. I could clearly hear housekeeping cleaning rooms, guests checking in and out, and doors opening and closing all the time. Cleanliness: ★ There was a wet towel used to prop the door open before I checked in. It made me wonder if the towels are even clean or reused. Wi-Fi: ★★ Unstable connection. It randomly disconnected even though it showed as connected. Location: ★★★★★ The only good thing — the location is excellent and very convenient. The room photos on Trip.com look beautiful, but the actual room was about 80% different — in a bad way. Such a disappointment overall. Please, stop deceiving your customers.
