BP Grand Tower Hotel billeder

This is my third times stay this hotel. Conclusion: the stay experience become worst and worst! My booking is executive room X2, but, they let me check in deluxe room ( room 7005 and 7006 )! Argue with them, the receptionist just push me back this issue to Trip.com and said we should argue with Trip.com Not Hotel! Secondly, give the room with the broken accessorie bathroom ( refer to attached photos). The noisy sound also come for the bathroom door, the lock also broken! My another room suddenly current breakup because of the room card unable well function in the room! I strongly Not recommended this hotel although this hotel location is convenient to famous place, like Lee Garden.

Sorry i have to review but the room is dirty upon check in, the hotel is run down & smell moldy. The housekeeping keep saying oh I'm so tired etc. That's not professional! Location wise right at the smack of centre which is good. But to visit again, probably not.

Although d hotel is old building but d floor which I stay air con ok no issue then d shower water pressure gud. Location to Lee Garden consider near. Parking wise a bit limited if u going on peak season.

Recommended for stay in Hatyai. Reasonable price for hotel with pool. Away from Lee garden. About 7min walk. Not noisy. Food available nearby with 711 nearby.

The floor so dirty. Check-out waitinf lift too long .

The location is in the city center. Its a 3 to 5 minutes walk to Lee Garden Night market, Robinson Mall, Odean mall and Hatyai train Station. I love my stay in this hotel..

Great location. Massage parkors, restaurants and seven eleven is just a stone throw away. I love my stay here and hope to stay again here too..

Very old style room

Nice hotel with walking distance to Lee gardens. Estimated 360m from hotel. Nearby 7e! Old hotel with good maintenance. The room so clean but the water pressure is not really good. The rates very affordable.
