This is a nice and clean hotel. It is walking distance to walking street and surrounded by food store. Highly recommended.

Room is awesome with a super king bed However the water flow has some problems in the toilet.

We have chosen a wrong time to go Hatyai as it was non stop rain resulted flooding and many shops not open. Try not to go during year end.

Walking distance to Lee garden market night market, pretty centralise and easy to get to different spots easily.

Is just beside my favourite hotel New Season. It is the sister hotel. The hotel is new and clean! Alil more expensive than my usual. Nonetheless it is pretty awesome place to stay.

Requested non-smoking room but smoking smell all the time especially at night super strong. This hotel supposedly a free smoking hotel but unfortunately the cigarette smoking smell was there on the first night we checked in. Saw the posting indicated is a non-smoking hotel but why the room have an astray ? We were allocated room at 7 floor and there isn’t any non-smoking sign availably and we noticed other floor have no smoking sign stick at the lift lobby. The front desk unable to change our room as they claimed fully accepted. Amenities only Nescafe sachet one packet of sugar and no creamer for the coffee?? Also no bathroom slipper available for such grand hotel? Would not come back again on Sunday we saw a man smoking inside his room with his room window open? So the hotel staff open the window for him to smoke? This is so terrible? An astray inside the room already gave people the impression you may smoke inside the room!!!

We booked an executive suite for 3 persons, paid for 3 person price and yet the room only caters for 2 persons and we have to pay 650BHT / night for our 7yo child. We quizzed and they insisted that the child can either sleep on couch (they won't make up the bed). The sofa is clearly stained and we had rashes. The location is not that bad, but not worth going. Avoid it.

My most recommended hotel for couples and families. Everything is great!! Staffs are great, food is great, room is great, and even they have a massaging service in their old wing, on the 2nd floor. God location if you want a quieter night.
