Muslim friendly hotel, they serve halal breakfast. Room cleanliness is above average, staff are kind too. A bit away from the town central so you need to gave transportation.

Places very close to the night market and to tears both sides need about 200 m very convenient both sides also got nice market food

Been to Hatyai for so many years, also tried few different hotels before, but this is worst hotel I live ! Really disappointed to their room and service: 1. The location is very far from town area, very inconvenient due to transportation issues. We can’t find tuk tuk nearby, only can take grab. 2. We booked a family room (connecting room) Check-in time at 2pm, but we are informed to wait for another 30 minutes as our room is not ready yet. If we need to wait, what is the purpose to make appointment ? 3. Lift is not available which is not suitable for senior citizens. Going with mom and she had to climb up the staircase. 4. Toilet is too small. 5. THIS IS THE MOST NONSENSE PART !! When we enter the room, we never think of checking if both room have any hair dryers as we didn’t want to use it, and this is the MOST REGRET thing to me !! When we checked out in next day 12pm, we waited till 12.30pm but still haven’t return us our deposit, ends up the receptionist informed us that their house keeper couldn’t find the hair dryers. They called the manager to come, and I still thought the manager will provide us a better solution, in fact NO ! The manager claimed that we stole their hair dryers and refused to return our deposit, and asked us to open all our luggages and bags to check. After that, the manager asked the receptionist to check our car in car park to ensure we didn’t steal and hide their hair dryers 🙄 After checked all our luggages, bags and car and found no hair dryers, they only return us our deposit of 400 baht. FRIENDLY ADVICE: Whoever would like to book / booked this hotel, better to check everything inside the room when you first enter the room, even you didn’t want to use it, please check and take photos.. Take photo of every single things in the room (cup, towel, remote control, etc.. ESPECIALLY HAIR DRYERS), else you might become “THIEF” anytime.

Hotel overall is good . Just dont have lift only . It hard if you alone and bring many luggage .

A very cosy and clean boutique Hotel located some 10-15 mins away from Hatyai city centre ( Lee Garden ). However, the Hotel have transport service (8-10 ppl )to various place if you need at a very reasonable price. Lots of restaurants and stores along the main road. . The Hotel also has a restaurant with Thai style breakfast. The room is cost and clean with all amenities in good condition Recommended.

The location is slightly far from the city but the grab service is convenient. Food stalls are available in walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. Bedsheets are cleaned and not smelly or stained. Service is 👍. Staff are very friendly and able to communicate in simple English. Simple breakfast included. I have a great experience staying here

Pro : A quite location where you can rest comfortably, polite and efficient staffs which understand quests need clearly. Check in very fast. Room is extremely clean with good smell, clean bedsheet. Cons : A bit distance from town centre.
