B2 Hat Yai Premier Hotel

Okay.. I feel cheated and upset because there is no trash can provided, my brother just throw away the empty cigarette box in the room because there is only a trash can there, but still accused of smoking, the smoke alarm will sound if there is someone smoking in the room, but there is no alarm sound, theres no dustbin around lobby area. I cannot find it.. and no dustbin in floor area.. room also only 1 dustbin located in the bathroom.. where they expect us to throw our rubbish? My family got no smoking room.. and yes my brother smoking, but not inside the room.. he smoke outside hotel.. then the hotel charge us for penalty and said we smoke in the room.. at the first place the hotel should provide dustbin around the hotel.. the receptionist girl also dont have ethics on how to ask someone.. she repeat same question “are you lying? you lie, you lie” Please train you receptionist girl to be polite and dont make a face.. You also dont know the truth, even we said the truth you will never believe.. we still your guest, we pay you.. The receptionist guy is okay.. and the receptionist girl when check in is okay.. very helpful

My stay at B2 Hatyai Premier Hotel was amazing! The service was amazing, and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. Everything from the warm welcome to the easy access to local attractions made my experience unforgettable. The only thing that gave me a slight fright was the view of my window-a high-voltage electric pole right next to it! Every time I looked out, I felt like I was living on the edge (literally!)—but hey, at least I had an electrifying stay, haha!

Revisiting Hatyai and Songkhla. Hotel is closed to Diana Shopping complex (150 metre walk), Greenway night market (about 800 metre walk) and Central Festival Shopping Complex (1km walk). MC Donald is just beside Diana Shopping complex. About 1km walk to Chok Dee Dim Sum. A few Tuk tuk is always on standby outside the hotel so it is convenient if you need one for your travel around the city.
