Villa Paradiso

Jacques and the team always provide excellent service and are extremely accommodating and helpful. This was our 3rd visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is very central and the team at Villa Paradiso are very friendly and always willing to assist.

Please attend to the smell on the bathroom as one flushes, bath, or wash hands on the basin, there was a terrible smell. this message has been communicated with reception team, and they seemed to know what the problem could be. I will visit again because of the closeness of the hotel to where I will be.

It would be nice for the housekeeping team to really clean the room.when you not checking out instead of them just taking out towels and only making the bed. The smell that comes out of the pipes when opening the water in the shower is really bad the maintenance teak must clean the pipes more often. Wifi signal is very bad.

Hubby & I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday weekend getaway at your resort. It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and relaxing and close to all the tourist attractions Harties has to offer We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant, not only was the presentation on point but the taste was just as good, and it was priced right. The only thing I would fault is the insects on a few of the outside tables, but I guess it's because of all the plants. It would also be a plus if music was played in the restaurant to create a more vibey atmosphere, it was ded quiet when we were there, but otherwise the service we got was great

Everything was perfect,staff is very friendly and helpful,the place is closer to everything no need to struggle when you want to visit another place

The hotel itself looked good, but overall it was quite a disappointment. The beds were comfortable but the linen & towels were old & in desperate need of an upgrade. The other guests were noisy & disruptive. In particular, the water out of the taps & shower was disgusting - it smelt like pure sewerage. I understand that the water will have a particular smell, coming from the dam & I have spent a lot of time in Harties for the past 20 years, but this smell was so bad that you could hardly even shower - please fix that!
