The room was nice and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The room was heated to a good temperature when I arrived. All staff, reception, bar and waitress were all helpful and smiley.

Very friendly and welcoming, We stayed for breakfast and it was lovely no problems what so ever, we would stay there again lovely staff.
Room nice and clean it was really hot this weekend and they had a fan going in the room when we checked in.

We stayed at the West Park travelodge for 2 nights January 4th and 5th and was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, Nice spacious room with comfy bed and tea coffee provided in the room, breakfast and evening meal was very nice, staff are friendly and helpful, The location is good being close to the centre, We would recommend to anyone,

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights over new year. First time in Harrogate. Great value for money hotel,great position for shops, pubs and restaurants in Harrogate. Breakfast good choice and plentiful.Rooms clean,Car park next door. Great pub opposite.

I stay at this hotel regularly due to visiting my mum in hospital. The staff on reception are very friendly but the hotel itself is often very dirty. There are stains even on the sheets at times and some of the views look out onto brick walls or builder’s yards. The hotel is also very noisy with dogs barking in the corridors and people banging late at night. Despite being a regular customer the hotel wishes to charge me £232 if I wish to stay tomorrow night to visit my mum in hospital. I have asked if this could be reduced or even if I can stay in the restaurant overnight and the customer services manager replied with complete coldness and unkindness, suggesting that I should have predicted my mum‘s illness and booked the room sooner. I really have no idea what to do as I’ve been here most of the week, extending my stay each night after visiting the hospital to be with my mum and this cold and unkind response has just added to my upset and distress
