Fantastic staff room clean. Looked for another set of towels and they were there under tv. Hubby down to reception and was issued with more. Nothing is a problem. Been staying here for years because of easy access to shopping/restaurants etc. staff always polite and helpful 🌟

Perfect location. Everything near. Car park small and struggled for a space. Is other car parks. Staff great. Just want to be able to specify a bath or shower would make it better.

Hotel is in a Central location, near the town centre and close to Harrogates famous attractions. Superb corner room on 3rd floor with duel aspect windows gving wonderful views over Harrogate. Got the room on an amazing deal. Will definitely come back.

There is a nightclub under your room. Unless you are partaking in this… dont torture yourself . On entering the hotel the smell from stale cigarettes is revolting. The noise does not stoo until 4am … should be hotel of torture. Pick somewhere else .

Heating on timer as management trying to save money !! Customers cannot override that. You just wake up with a migraine because the room is too cold.

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times over the years. Betty and her team have also been there for many years and always go to such a lot of trouble to greet guests with a warm welcome. It's great value for money here, and superbly located right in the middle of Harrogate. What stands out most with this hotel is the pride that the team show in the hotel. Everything is so well managed and maintained and spotless too. Nothing is too much trouble. We live in Harrogate so we usually stay here when we're getting work done at home! Back soon.
