My friend Bilal bekir was here and he liked it even tho it looks like shi on the pictures. He told me he found something that looked like choclate on his pillow. He decided to lick to see what it was. It was shi But he said it was chill ong. He said it was chill ong Ong chill

Absolutely filthy is all I have to say, did not look at all like the advertised photos, walls had filthy hand prints and even writing that obviously no one even attempted to clean off, sheets dirty and itchy. Floor was disgusting. When attempting to communicate this we were dismissed. Wouldn’t be surprised if they have bed bugs. Forfeited the next night as it was so disgusting and refusing a refund.

We booked this house due to how close it was to the airport however the standard of these rooms are an absolute disgrace. Broken toilets, broken doors, urine stains on the toilet floors, broken chairs, unable to turn the heating down, high lips entering the bathroom resulting in my 2 year old nephew tripping and banging his head, blood and bogeys on the curtains and generally just disgusting. Air b&b have been no help with gaining any sort of refund either. The name of the place seems to change regularly too Don’t waste your time or money

This place is a massive rip off! I booked this with my 83 year old mother and 70 year old cousin. Both have mobility issues but the website doesn’t indicate that their large room is on the THIRD floor with NO elevator! When I asked why I wasn’t notified until AFTER I paid that the room was on the third floor! They sent me snapshot of a website from the Philippines! I booked this in London! This place is a scam don’t book!!

Advising we expected to arrive between 9-10pm we booked a stay on 18th August. I paid for the room and paid a £25 refundable cleaning fee, with a comment that I would be sent 'after hours check-in instructions' only the Postcode was shown on the booking confirmation. I sent an email to the hotel asking for the address, the hotel replied with the village name and post code! I wrote again and requested this information including property number again. This time the hotel replied with only the street name! A medical emergency occurred on the coach we travelled on from Scotland on the 18th. That delayed us by nearly an hour, I called the hotel at 1pm and advised staff we would be later than the 10pm scheduled arrival time. A young lady assured me this was no problem and she would send late check-in instructions by email after 2pm, she never did! Due to road works we arrived at the coach station at 9.15pm (90 minutes late). As I hadn't the after hours instructions email I called the hotel, my call went to a recorded message, when I opted to leave a voice message, a recorded announced that the mailbox was full We arrived at the airport at 10.30pm intending to take a taxi to the hotel I called the hotel again and got the same voice-mail. As our flight was in a five hours and without the check-in instructions, I emailed the hotel to cancel the booking and in fairness to the hotel we asked for a pro-rata refund (They did breach the contract) this has never been acknowledged! We are seniors had to sleep at the airport! On 19th August at 2pm and in transit in Doha I received an email this did not contain check-in instructions, merely informed me what I had paid for!
