The Fern Residency Haridwar

Very bad service, you have to ask for everything which is in part of package. Housekeeping will not respond even after multiple calls. They promise early check in and late check out but will not provide when you ask. High tea was served on request and after taking quite a time. Staff does not look happy. I paid cash for extras but receipt was given after waiting for ten minutes and multiple requests. Swimming pool is mentioned as service but under renovation. Game zone, gym and spa also under renovation. Garden is very small. Overall not happy what I heard about Fern as a brand.

Good location, decent people, nice ambiance, and cozy rooms. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Mr. Ankit ensured the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, while Ms. Vaishali provided exceptional service in the restaurant, making our dining experience delightful. The staff was attentive, helpful, and caring throughout our stay.
