The rooms were not upto the quality that we expected. Ac was not working properly. Tv remote was not functional. Kitchen was not clean. The crockery used for breakfast was unclean. Table on which the breakfast was served were dirty and none of the office staff took pains to even clean it before the breakfast spread started. Food price was high as per the hotel quality

The rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was super helpful and courteous. Overall it was a very good experience and i didn’t find anything that didn’t meet the expectations.

The location of the hotel is not too far not too near to hear ki pauri. There is a direct flyover which connects the two places. The rooms are okay. The room service is humble and welcoming. Things that could be better
1. There was no contact guide for us to call the room service. 2. The parking space is the basement doubled as a warehouse, not organized. Overall we think we paid a slightly more premium than the service.

First they allocated uncleaned room and changed later and then intercom was not working, then ac didn't worked for whole night. Room interior and bathroom needs major renovation. Fern should remove its banner for this property.

To start, mr agarwal at the front desk - floor manager was really very polite & gentle in his services. The food quality was really good, the breakfast was excellent. Had local mundwe ki roti with ghee for my dinners. Was just amazing. & not to forget the hospitality of ms vaishali & ms chandni at the restaurant was quite adorable. Whenever i go next to haridwar my stay at the ferns residency is confirmed. Hope they keep up the good service in the future too.

Nice property, spacious & clean rooms and courteous/helpful staff. The breakfast spread was good with a lot of variety in vegetarian cousin.

The stay in hotel was quite comfortable. The food is also up to mark. But there was no door matry to stay of drivers.

Unpleasant behaviour of the reception staff, pathetic service, poor quality of linen and room upkeep. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Stay was average. Room fridges were not working. Although rooms are big in size. Balconies are permanently closed because of monkey fear.
