The property is well maintained and has a caring and professional staff, who were kind and supportive with all our demands. Would certainly recommend to visitors coming to Haridwar. The hotel is located around 10 kms away from railway station and other major pilgrimage places

I stayed there for a night with my mom Room: Was clean Ample space AC good Washrooms Clean Linen - Ok not very good Restaurant: Food Quality- taste- choice - Average Definitely could be better The 3 stars are for the service as in all departments - they were eager to serve So that was really nice

My first time staying at Fortune Park was just an A+ experience. All the staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests. From the care of our room to our laundry services, I could not have been any happier . Thank you for making our stay very welcoming and will be back to see you.

We were so please to visit again fortune park. From last years they quept the quality and good service that is the signature of this place. It has become our favorite hotel in Haridwar located in a peacefull area of the city. Thanks Anshuman for your outstanging service.

Amazing service by all the staff to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Would like to give a big shout out to Kushi who went above and beyond and always had a smile on her face. They even organised all my travel withing the city and a driver to Mathura.

The front desk guys are required to be more committed towards customer service. Promising of a service post check-out and then completly ignoring the customer doesn't help. They should remeber customers either come back always or they don't come back ever. Well, if the hotel prefers the second option, so be it.

Our stay was amazing - Hotel was extremely neat and accommodating. Restaurant has some of the best chef’s in town. Dinner and Breakfast buffet’s are reasonably priced and have lot of variety. Anshuman helped us with our food choices and we loved it! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Haridwar and looking for a beautiful, comfortable stay for couple of days.

It's my visit in haridwar and really appreciate to housekeeping staff for his cleaning and attained my all requests quickly... When i enter in hotel lobby floor was shining with good fragrance and front office staff also very polite ... keep doing good work

Clean hot clean hotel with a great location and good food hotel stay was great but the room cleaning it just like a modern the staff here are helpful and friendly Mohit and Mihir was absolutely amazing he was constantly courtesy pleasant and attentive if you stay here make sure to ask for Mohit and Mihir

Everything about this place is amazing, be it the ambience, location and food. we went there for the first time and got a warm welcome by the staff Dhruv sir and Ms Asha are excellent and very courteous. Great hospitality overall a must visit place in Haridwar. true to ITC hotels tradition this hotel was excellent in every aspect.

we have stayed in ITC fortune Park on 7th of February 25 , and its been one of the best hotel in haridwar . I must say after bumpy start I did have an excellent experience. the front desk check in and checkout was very smooth. I'm very impressed with the management as well . I spoke personally to Ms Tanisha , Mr Mohit, Mr. Mihir , Mr Neeraj they were extremely helpful and immediately provided resolution of the issue we had encountered initial . the room was excellent, clean , spacious . i recommend it to our friends and family.
