The booking process was good, Ekta was really helpful and kind enough to get us a discount. I visit Haridwar frequently and this hotel has become my go to in the last 5 years because of the easy Ganga ghat access, the amazing home cooked food and the hospitality of the staff. The only thing I feel needs some work is the cleanliness due to some spider webs but nothing that can’t be fixed. I also feel the pricing has gone up a lot over the last few years and that should be worked upon because without a discount I would not book this hotel for INR 10,000 or more.

Excellent customer service, delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and very clean hotel with amazing location.Rooms were large and beds were so comfortable. Felt another home away from home.Warm and cosy atmosphere. Will go back again and again. Staff were amazing. Ekta and her colleagues at the reception desk made sure we were very comfortable.

Beautiful location and excellent heritage property.tje staff was courteous and service was way too good.front office staff darshan and Ajay ensured utmost comfort.All market and temple were easily accessible by riksha.Would suggest the rooms with Ganges view though water is less in ganga now

Awesome stay all in all! Beautiful heritage boutique property, good food, hospitality and service. Don’t miss the Ganga Aarti in the morning and evening. Sitting by Maa Ganga is an experience of a lifetime. The less density of rooms is a plus too. Keep up the good work!

I recently stayed at Devnadi - Heritage Hotel in Haridwar with my family, and it was a delightful experience. The highlight of our stay was the mesmerizing view of the Ganga, complemented by the hotel’s private ghat, which offered a serene and spiritual atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed and met all our expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Ekta, the reception manager, truly stood out with her wonderful hospitality, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. While the food was tasty, we did encounter some slow service in the restaurant, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. I highly recommend Devnadi for anyone visiting Haridwar—it's a perfect blend of comfort, stunning views, and warm hospitality!

Lovely hotel in good location with access to River Ganga and has a private bathing ghat. They also do the Arti ceremony every morning and evening. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good and we had evening meals there which were very tasty. Best thing about the hotel is the staff, who were really helpful.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed with our family at Devnadi from 18 sep to 21 Sep. We had a fantastic experience. The property is conveniently located with easy access from car.. It is very well managed and clean. All credit goes to their courteous staff who provided amazing Service for all 3 days. Quick delivery of delicious food everytime was an added attraction. Thanks a lot to Ekta and rest of the staff. We will come back soon.
