Loved the hotel room and balcony overlooking the Ganges. A lovely place to come back to and relax after to business of the city. The two ladies at the hotel were very helpful offering advice and tips. We took the cable cars to the temples which we recommend paying for VIP/premium tickets which avoids the queue. The temples themselves did not strike us as particularly spiritual with rows and rows of shops and being hassled to pay for numerous blessings. Interesting to observe, however. Worth observing the Aarti but also hard to avoid being pestered for money. Recommend The Patio rooftop restaurant for its ambience and food. Staff also super attentive.

Excellent stay with family specially ganga ghat neat and clean, awesome staff, great food, very pleasant and comfortable stay. About their restaurant sattvik food is very good and awesome Thanks Devnadi, Hope you will do the same in future.

So finally after a small complaint things change completely. Everything is going good staff is not bad and is helpful security staff is really good One thing the food quality and quantity is very nice. Food is absolutely fresh. Little thing it is little expensive. But still I would recommend the property.

Nice hotel checked inn today on 16th March 2025 paid a bomb for 2 rooms but the service is not good very bad tea . Room Aminities not working sad . Today we try food and give the review about the same . As of now very difficult to rate the hotel . Security staff is good and helpful. Let's see

A very holy experience in a hotel right next to Ganga River with their own ghats and morning pundit prayers. Excellent service but as mentioned the property is a heritage building so there can be some minor issues but the staff are so good you will not feel it. Would recommend to anybody going to Haridwar. Only issue hotel does not have a car park.

This hotel was so authentic and a great way to experience Indian culture! The staff were so attentive (especially Ikta) and did their best to accommodate our dietary requirements- they even went out and bought us oat milk! For the most part it’s tranquil though the noise from the traditions starts early, the courtyard is a lovely place to relax as well as the balcony’s and terraces. I would say I had some of the best food of the trip here

Stayed with Devnadi in Feb 2025 with Family members, Had an excellent and comfortable stay, special mention about Mr Saurav, helped in the booking and stay thereafter. The property has a Good Heritage value with excellent location. Thestaff is responsive, kitchen food is nice.

The booking process was good, Ekta was really helpful and kind enough to get us a discount. I visit Haridwar frequently and this hotel has become my go to in the last 5 years because of the easy Ganga ghat access, the amazing home cooked food and the hospitality of the staff. The only thing I feel needs some work is the cleanliness due to some spider webs but nothing that can’t be fixed. I also feel the pricing has gone up a lot over the last few years and that should be worked upon because without a discount I would not book this hotel for INR 10,000 or more.
