I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell.

GGæstebruger前台工作人員服務態度特別好，辦理入住和退房都很高效，耐心解答各種問題，還主動告知周邊餐飲和交通訊息，讓人感覺很親切、很有耐心。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨舒適，床品乾淨柔軟，睡得很踏實。房間衞生打掃得很細緻，沒有異味，細節做得不錯，住起來很有“家”的感覺。空調製冷/制熱效果很好，出風均勻，沒有噪音，晚上開一整晚也很安靜，不影響休息，温度調節也很方便。酒店設施比較齊全，房間內的洗漱用品、熱水壺、徠芬吹風機等一應俱全，使用起來很方便。公共區域的電梯、WiFi、燈光等都維護得很好，整體感覺比較新、比較現代化。

The rooms are really cool and different from any other hotel we've stayed at in China.
The location was great. It was a short walk to a metro station and had a great mall (Wanda Plaza) within walking distance.
Cons:
The hotel was noisy. We could hear our neighbors talking, we could hear the sound of light switches being switched on and off constantly. People in the hallway were noisy. This isn't necessarily the hotels fault, but the noise insulation between rooms is not the best, so if you are a light sleeper (like me) then pack in some earplugs.
The mattress was also not the best - every time my partner moved, It woke me up.

AAnonym brugerThe staff at Cinemusic Hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. However, the location was a bit tricky to find, and the ceilings were lower than expected. Despite that, the warm hospitality and cleanliness made for a pleasant stay! btw we extended our stay here!

CcheeseandtulipsI really liked this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was also nice, very close to metro line 2 so you can easily get to the major sights in Harbin! But what really made my stay greag was the staff! All the workers I met throughout my stay were extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier they did their best to answer my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this hotel, thank you so much! 💕

MMC.Would be nice if there are laundry facilities like some of the other hotels in the same building. Close to Harbin West train station. Staff were very friendly, room is clean - the toilet flush is not strong but still worked fine. Nearer to the airport and avoids the city jam, good for a worry free quick transit to the airport. Central city jams can get really bad.

The hotel was clean and neat. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was good with pretty decent number of local dishes

I will give 4.2/5 stars for their cleanliness
