Hoteller i Harbin Songbei District

Couldn't have agreed more with a place like this. The hostel is on a 26th floor so you have a good view of the city. Place is also close to the Siberian Tiger Park, so this is a plus Host is really nice and helpful, we did different activities such as hotpot dinner with friends. And he also provided all the information I needed to visit Snow Town. If there's a place to stay not far from downtown, this is the place to go! Hoping to come back anytime soon!!

房間很乾凈，老闆服務也很熱情周到。就是隔音不太好。萬聖節隔壁有打牌的兩個女生哈哈笑半宿。再有就是不知道為什麼淋浴不出水。不過因為馬上要退房了才發現，也沒問老闆。估計是有別的開關我沒找到。

房間質量和小區環境都非常非常不錯，根本超預期。房間看得出來老闆是用了心思佈置的，細節都非常到位。房間很有設計感，傢俱質量包括軟裝都非常不錯，設施也都可以。細節做得好，一次性紙杯廚房調料保鮮膜保鮮袋一應俱全。令人驚訝洗面奶牙膏都有。毛巾用品也質量非常好。是從中央大街和巴洛克住過來的，住了三家民宿，這家最好。位置雖然在松北區，但是打車不過二十幾塊錢十幾分鍾，其實晚上從中央大街出口出來目的地這裏反而好打車，然後去機場路也好開完全不堵車。一開始就是擔心位置問題沒有定這裏，後來不去雪鄉沒訂到房間住過來才發現是最佳的選擇。設施全部能用，衞生間沒有異味，乾淨，是比前兩家都在線的地方。非常不錯。唯一可以改善的，暖氣太熱，可以調小一點，還有枕頭太高，最後走才發現櫥櫃裏有矮枕頭。

酒店的牌匾是在希岸的側面，所以從希岸一樓進入即可。我們定了兩個房間，上樓加前台的微信，按照要求發送資料等訊息後就可以收到密碼入住。整體環境很新，枕頭和被子很暖和舒適，窗外視野也不錯，有洗衣機、冰箱很方便，客服回覆很及時，樓下就有小籠包早餐店經濟實惠，推薦大家來入住，對於e人很友好。唯一一點就是我入住的時候是五一，晚上十點半到酒店，因為沒有位置所以車停在路邊有一點遠的地方。所有酒店隔音其實都一樣，所以建議大家出行買一對舒適的耳塞和眼罩隨身攜帶，無論在哪裡都會休息的很好凹！

The place which looks in the photo it is that one but quite dropped by the expectation which I had with it , it was time around the new year and I paid around 700 RMB for 2 nights so I thought room will be quite good by checking the rooms and photos of the reviews. But the room was small the terrace was just a little high from my head. Whole room is okay okay and not so much what you see in the photos. And whole room was with smoke smell the entire 2 days and we opened the small windows to bring out the circulation. Coz the room was heating up in the half an hour only. The owner is good she is really friendly and will help you with everything she even helped in getting my refund of my next hotel she is very good. But the place is fine and can get better

規模不大，五臟俱全 房間各方面都很新，老闆很熱情 早上早餐吃的舒服（紅腸、小米粥等等） 枕頭睡的挺舒服 交通方面，出行去冰雪大世界、中央大街等地方，可以選擇打滴滴到世貿大道地鐵站，然後再坐地鐵，還是很方便的 這個價格在12月份的哈爾濱，性價比很高

房間很大，但是除了房間大別的沒什麼好的了，房間裏面一直有煙味和下水道返上來的味，煙味不知道哪來的，反正房間裏很難聞，然後就是有一個窗户是壞的，叫了前台來修，空調是壞的，打開之後大概五分鐘就自己停了，一次性拖鞋是另外收費的，反正整個體驗感很一般，因為房間比較大 空調又壞了，所以整個屋子很冷，以後不會再住這種公寓式賓館了，還是普通酒店更適合。比較好的地方是樓下好多飯店，吃的比較多，挺方便

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

整體還是不錯的，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境也還可以，服務也不錯，可以自助辦理入住，交通比較方便，周邊的餐廳也比較多，有個萬象城，有個缺點就是，我住的這個房間沒有空調，沒有暖氣，哈爾濱的晚上確實會有點冷。
