The receptionist is not helping at all. Have no knowledge about Harbin attractions. Should hire someone who knows how to communicate to tourists. China now is popular tourism place especially Harbin. I feel regret for not getting correct information from the hotel staff about how to get transportation going to Snow Town. Both staff given wrong information and resulting my family going to wrong place. The room also smells of smoke. The good thing is they help with our luggage as we travel in a big group of two families.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near key attractions and making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile, and they even provided breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was bright. The only drawback was that the bath towels had some stains, which could be improved.

Jingu Hotel is the best hotel for 1st timers like me!I Love this hotel so much!so convenience, clean and most importantly located at centre of Zhongyang Street!very Even it's hard to communicate but an effort from receptionist using translator is so great!keep it up the good service

Hotel is great with friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good , plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Zhongyang dajie is right in front of the hotel. Very happy to have stayed in the hotel and will definitely come back again given the chance.

The breakfast? A feast for the eyes and the palate! 😋🍽️ An explosion of Chinese culinary flavors that made us want to try everything! Now, about the rooms... Wow! Huge, spotless and with a touch of luxury that made us feel like royalty: divine bathtubs! 👑🛀 Who cares about a little retro decor when you have so much space and comfort? And the staff? Oh my! Bed sheets not change everyday. We have to wash the cups ourselves everyday. Not consistent in the room service. Never replenished toilet roll even when little bit left, have to call and get from them.

We had an amazing stay at Jingu Hotel Harbin! The hotel is perfectly located on the famous Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to explore the city. Manager Liu went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Traveling with our three kids, we were delighted when he treated all of us to the hotel's special Harbin specialty ice cream – a thoughtful and delicious gesture. He also kindly arranged a late checkout until 5 PM, which was incredibly helpful since our flight was later in the evening. The breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a wide variety of options. Our kids especially loved the cupcakes, and we all enjoyed the live noodle station. The selection was mostly Chinese cuisine. Though the interior of the rooms seemed dated, the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and featured bathtubs that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The overall service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin.
