The name on the door of this hotel is James Joyce Coffetel. It’s hard to find if you’re looking for the English name that Trip has. It’s in a fantastic location off Zhongyang Pedestrian Street but not noisy at all. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were warm and really clean. Easy to get taxis from the front of the hotel and lots of food options on the Pedestrian Street but also on the side streets.

This hotel is also known as James Joyce Coffeetel. It is located next to the pedestrian street which is very convenient. It is a small boutique hotel where there is a lift available. The room is pretty small with not much space for your luggage. There is a small balcony at the room I stayed. The room and linen was very clean though the mattress was a bit hard and pillow too soft. Eventhough this is a small hotel, the amenities provided are equivalent to a five star hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. Easy to hail taxi from out front area. The staff especially the young man at reception (Lin) was very helpful with information etc. My room was small but I quite liked the tiny balcony with the street view and I could open the door to let some air in when it got too hot at times.

Very good location next to zhongyang street and songhua river, it's easy to find restaurant nearby. The name of the hotel is different, the real name is James joyce coffetel, the lady at the reception is very kind, she let us do early check-in without any charges. But the rooms quite cold beside the window, maybe because the temperature drops outside. We didn't do any complain since it's tolerable.

Decent place to stay. Personally I feel it's a little expensive for what you get as it is small and the lobby is small as well, but i guess it is Harbin price. I was expecting better from the adverts. I like the mini balcony, beautiful view.
Good location, although a little far from the train station (tho still walkable) Downstairs is the popular Zhongyangdajie walking street. Walking distance to Songhua River and Stalin Park. Approximately 20mins cab to Ice Snow World & Siberian Tiger Park.
Tourist tip: The actual hotel name is different. The actual hotel sign and Google Map shows as James Joyce Coffetel, on DiDi (local taxi app) to get there you put as Zhefei Hotel 2, Shangyou Street, Daoli

The hotel was very nice and the people working there very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location in the central street!
They took the trash everyday and left us a bottle of water for each of us.
The only negative comment I got is the smell of the shower.
