Walking distance to metro which is very handy, some eateries and convenience stores nearby, breakfast was mostly Chinese but it’s more than enough, double windows to block the traffic noise so we had good sleep every night. Reception also provided good service such as attractions; where to visit; shopping and transportation etc. overall we had a very good time in Harbin.

Very convenient for transportation by subway to other places

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was efficient; the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

It was an overall good experience. Staff was friendly and location was ideal because how close it was to the metro system. We found the cigarette smell uncomfortable. The lobby and first floor bathrooms smelled of cigarette. We asked for a nonsmoking room but it smelled of cigarette. That was pretty disappointing.

For the price I expected much better. Old and shoddy. The carpets in the hall are really old. Average at best. Not as good as other IBIS I have been to. Much better around for far less. Price was high for what I got here to be honest.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. There is a subway station just outside the hotel entrance. Public bus is also accessible within 3-5 mins walking distance. Had the chance to take their buffet breakfast and i would recommend this. We had lunch and dinner outside as we are roaming around the city. However, you can also order food from ******* app and the food will be delivered to your room door. Very convenient. Overall, our stay was nice.

Service is good enough. Instalation are bad becouse the bathroom has a door of glass that do not properly close, so it provides no real intimacy or separation of the rest of the room when you are in the toilet.

Nice hotel which is close to the subway. Allowed us to check in early and provided us with heat packs when we went out and about. Would return if I was in Harbin!

A subway line 3 station just right infront of the hotel, making it really convenient to go about. The hotel provides self service laundry, it's not for big capacity but good enough for washing important clothes especially during winter.

Hotel staff very welcome and kind, the only problem is to find a non smoking room

房間不大，人也不多，晚上有點冷，服務員貼心給了電暖器感覺好多了，床有點硬，是和其他城市的宜必思有點差距，畢竟這麼便宜呢，和價格是匹配的。交通很方便就在3號線的地鐵口，去哈西站很便捷。門口的公交車可以去各個景點。訂的最便宜的房間，窗户外看了兩間都有東西遮擋。但是好多好多沒窗户的是吧。
