They gave me a free room upgrade! The staff was friendly, the location was good and the room was basic but definitely had everything you needed. No complaints!

It was fairly clean but the room which I had was quite old so it look a bit rundown. The service was good and it was easy to get to the metro but it was a bit of a walk.

I had a worse room compared to others in terms of cleanliness. Obviously a cheapest single bedroom in very old conditions. Ventilation through toilet with broken sliding door and shower rose. It spilled water to the ceiling where the exhaust fan located. Posted short circuit hazard. A 2.5 star for the overall. Pay only for the walking distance to Harbin station. If you like very warm room while having -20C outside temperature, this is the place for you.

Friendly staff, the location of the hotel is very convenient so it's very easy to get there by a taxi or on foot. The railway station is very close to the hotel.

The hotel is just ok but it was totally overpriced due to the Ice Festival. The room was small and even without a desk, only a chair. The real good thing about it is its position, close to the metro and three stops away from the center.

Good location. Front desk staff is nice. He allowed us to check in early when the room became available.

The hotel location is ok but the hotel is just an average type, room is not being clean everyday. Gaming PC cannot be change to English version for some reason

Worst motel ever. It’s not a hotel at all. The shower water that flow out is black In colour. The hot water need to be waited at least 10 mins in order to use it. Not recommended ti book here.

Not far from the harbin railway station and close to convenience stores and many restaurants. Walk 10 - 15 minutes to the main museum and shopping centers.

Room was very dirty, receptionist was unhelpful and there was even cockroach in the toilet. There was black Color water that came out during shower. Stains on bedsheet and rusty stain and mould can be be seen everywhere in toilet and bed area. Room is small and crampy. Chipped/crack textiles. Toilet door handle came off. Definitely not recommended ! Not worth the money!

For what you pay for, this hotel offers a warm place to sleep. I had a single bed with only one small window in the en-suite. The bed wasn’t very comfortable at all but as I said, you pay for what you get.
