The staff at the front desk were exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the entrance to the railway station and the metro. When it's cold outside you don't have to walk for more than 2 minutes. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel as well as a chicken burger and local fast food place. The hotel has a gym, and laundry facilities. The breakfast is local buffet style breakfast if that's what you're after. It's within walking distance to a lot of places and only five metro stops from the river. Very clean, new, and warm. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel. It was just next to the Harbin main station and we could walk up to it on getting off our train. There's a welcoming reception area that has nice self serve hot tea and coffee, and pop corn and snacks. The large globe in the centre piece is a fan favourite of all visitors. The 2 robots in the lobby work hard to bring us our meituan deliveries. There's a small serviceable gym that could be made better with a water dispenser and air-conditioning. The self service laundry is well utilized by visitors and provides even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast area on level 2 is modest and has a live station that can cook your own noodles soup for breakfast. Season it with your own food from the buffet spread or the seasonings made available. Special thanks to the reception ladies who helped us to settle in when our room wasn't ready yet and made us comfortable.

The customer service was awesome. they were really friendly and helped us with parcel etc too. Really appreciate them providing additional bottles of mineral water when we requested too. Would definitely stay here again if I am travelling to Harbin. The breakfast is a great option too.

The hotel has a great location just beside the railway station, we were given early check in when we arrived at 10am. The room is warm in winter, and has hot water, great ventilation. The bed and pillow is very soft and comfortable. Rooms are sound proof or we just didn't hear any other customers at all. There is a washing laundry room for free for guests. Completely in love with this place. Perfect stay if not for the customer service that marrs that experience. The cons is the staff. We stayed at hanrei twice, and when I checked in the second time, the front desk forced me to show her that I had reviewed the last time. When I hadn't review the first time yet and told her I will do it later, she refused to let us leave until it's done. I was tired and couldn't find how to review, so I gave her my phone (so she would do it and let us go) and she gave herself 5 stars. The front desk does not have much hospitality. It is worse if you speak English with them, giving each other side glances and giggling whenever we asked questions in english. One of them was terrible and gave us very bad information about the snow ice festival even though she is local. Not sure if it is to screw with us. Hotel management needs to look into the team.

Great Location and Stay with a Few Minor Issues We stayed at this property over Christmas Eve and had a generally positive experience. The location is fantastic. Upon check-in, we were a bit taken aback by the staff’s cold attitude, but things turned around when we were locked out of our room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly when we approached them for assistance, although I’m not sure if it was the same group of staff. The room itself was amazing and the kids absolutely loved it. Cleanliness was decent, though we tended to pack and clean the room after meals each day. A minor downside was the state of the amenities. The shower gel and shampoo were both half-used when we arrived, and the next day I noticed the cap on the shampoo bottle had been swapped with the one from the conditioner, as evidenced by the residue on the lid. Despite these small issues, we had a wonderful stay, and the kids especially enjoyed the daily robot deliveries. Overall, it was a great experience comfortable bed for sure, and we would return for sure!

Perfect hotel for family trip. For didi transport or train, it is located beside train station directly and easy to get didi and drop off as well. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Their hospitality was good, apples on arrival and pear drink on departure. Coffee is available at the lobby includes pop corn. Convenient store is located just beside this hotel and also famous sausage store. Room is clean and spacious. Toilet seat has warmer and automated. Overall our stays here was wonderful. Recommended to stay here.

Found items from previous traveller who stayed in the room. The bedsheets are not changed everyday. Location wise is great location and view is the harbin station. But cause it requires taxi to past through a gantry to enter which many reject and place us across the road instead. Floor has heater which makes it super warm and comfortable every time we enter the room despite the -20 degree temperature.

The room is nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to Harbin railway station, only walking for 5-10 minutes. If you have the plan to visit another city by railway train, i highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very near to station, for us who travel with train will be very convenient. However if plan to go central street may need to take taxi or grab car. Rooms are clean.

Good location and front desk service. Able to check in early at 12pm and check out at 2pm.

Staff seem don't under where is the direction of attractions.

the staff were freindly and the check in and out went very smoothly even with language barrier. the only negative i hhad about the hotel was the glass walls for the washroom. it made it a little uncomfortable for the wife and daughter when using the facilities. other than thhat the hotel was great, and comfortable.
