Svar fra overnatningssted: 咱們定了兩間房榻榻米和陽光大床房，一共住了3天。通過評價，我們另一間房應該是滿意的，榻榻米也是一個特惠房型，如果入住過程中有什麼您不滿意的地方可以找我們前台人員解決。首先呢，你説的煙味，可能有人在咱們走廊抽煙飄進去了，你可以開排風扇通風。其次呢你説的床單上有污漬，通過照片上看，床單被罩都還有熨過的痕跡，説明是我們新換的，洗滌廠沒清洗乾淨，同時也是我們的失職，沒有檢查到位，在這裏深表歉意！還有您説的沒有免費飲用水的事情，在預訂中咱們也沒有説免費贈飲的事情，因為價格很實惠，如果你實在想要免費的水，你可以找前台，讓前台給你買兩瓶，對於你説的空調滴水的問題，這是常識問題，你當天買的空調，打開使用也是滴水的，衹是這個房型的空調排水口放在了衞生間。還有你説的公用一個Wi-Fi有什麼問題了，我們不是電競酒店，並且我家網速對於看視頻一點都不影響，你也測網速了，ms是毫秒單位，也就是千分之一秒，照你這樣説 我家32個設備，網速就延時千分之74秒，説明我家網是可以的啊，也許滿足不了你高要求設備，深表遺憾！像您這樣的要求不要選擇萬利這種經濟型酒店，建議選擇豪華型酒店。
