Everything is good . Service is very good. Breakfast overall is good. If provide the peanut butter that should be great. At lively old quarter but silence .

Location is perfect and accessible to everywhere! Hotel staff, manager Sandy and even restaurant staff are very friendly. The restaurant breakfast and meals are good with excellent view especially at night! Room is spacious and clean and full with amenities. Will surely come back again next time! Strongly recommend!

Old but decent hotel, with a very good location near Hoan Kiem Lake. Friendly staff. Gets more pricy in weekends. Breakfast view on the 11th floor is great. If you don't do breakfast at the hotel, there is a nice banh mi place across the road for 30k, and a bun cha restaurant next to it for only 50k (seems like the lowest price you can get around this area).

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights. Overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is great, close to many attractions and public transportation. The facilities were clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. However, the room I stayed in was quite small. There wasn’t much space to move around, and it felt a bit cramped, especially if you have a lot of luggage. If you’re planning a short stay or don’t mind a cozy space, this hotel could still be a good choice. Just be prepared for a more compact room size than you might expect. In summary, it’s a solid option for a short stay if room size isn’t a priority.
