Very nice and clean room in the old quarter. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and we could order eggs and pho. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for an entire day after checkout, which was very useful for catching a late night bus to Sapa in the evening! Can definitively recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful in every way. We stayed here our first night then left to Sapa for 3 nights and they kept our luggage until we returned for another two nights. The hotel itself is so charming and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had to leave super early for the airport and fhey made us breakfast to go boxes. The location is also great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly, good and polite (My, Peter and everyone in the lobby). Room was clean and simple. Location is in the Old quarters where good food is just a stone throw away! On top of that, the staff offered us takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight (5am) and ms MY happily helped us retrieve our stolen item from the airport even on the TET holidays. This was when we were already back in our home country and we were communicating overseas. She was so easy to talk to and eager to help. Her hospitality extended outside her working hours. ❤️ You'll never regret booking at this hotel.

I didn't know that this hotel was a traveler's choice awardee, but i'm not surprised that it is! The first consideration that we had for choosing this hotel was the location, and it doesn't disappoint, since it's centrally located. There is a lot of food a few steps away, and just a few blocks away from the night market. So exploring the old quarter is easy. Initially, I was afraid that we might have trouble sleeping because the streets are a little noisy. Fortunately, the inside of the hotel is very quiet, so it's a welcome respite from the bustling city streets of the old quarter. Another perk of staying in L'Heritage is that the staff are very friendly an accommodating. They really go the extra mile when they can. While the daily breakfast buffet is always provided, I was surprised that they even provided us with a packed breakfast for our early flight. Another welcome surprise is that their breakfast buffet is really good! the food was fresh and the selection is wide, which ensures that anyone would have something to enjoy during breakfast. From the fresh salads, to a wide selection of breakfast meats. They also serve coffee and Pho, also, you can make you own Banh Mi! While L'heritage hotel is not the biggest hotel that you can find, the hospitality, comfort, and quality more than makes up for it.

Very good stay. The room is nice and clean and very comfortable. The staffs are so nice and friendly. 10/10. The only problem is the breakfast. From 6 to 10am. If you go late like around 9am, they will not refill anymore and you won’t have some meat. So better to eat early morning.

Pillows and room is comfortable and very clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, speak fluent English. There’s a great variety of choices, and they serve pho. Nearby attractions include the Ho Chi Minh Musuem, Train street. We like the hotel and will come back again.

Crew has very helpful nice ....very helpful... the hotel clean and the is great... location is near very where and staff are very accommodating .....hotel nice and clean ........ I recommend this hotel to my family and friends.... bathroom are clean and there towel and toiletries are complete

Good ambiance and staff are helpful and good manner.The food is excellent. The hotel location is near the night market. Breakfast buffet serve during our stay are all good taste and good presentation . The people in Vietnam are friendly. The street are so busy . The climate is good.

Nice hotel and friendly environment. Very accomodating staff. We simply love the place clean area, clean rooms all the machines are good and upgraded gives us less hustle..the harmoney of sorroundings.. and the scenery is great, added some beauty of the trees sorrounded in the hotel. Love the food as well. Great job. Godbless you all!
