I just checked out of my 3 nights stay! This hotel is very conveniently located in old quarter and near a lot of nice food and souvenir shops. There’s also a mart nearby approx 3 mins walk to get some snacks/ water. I love the interiors of the hotel and the morning breakfast! Plenty of selection :) Service was top notch as well. We had a welcome drink and they even gifted us a tote bag on our check out. This hotel exceeded my expectations :)

Lovely boutique hotel in the Old Quarter. At first, I thought the lobby decor was a bit too garish with so much red, but it was the ***** New Year anyway when I stayed there, so the oriental influenced decor was befitting. From the time I check in to when I check out, the staff were ever friendly and helpful.A special shout out to Ken, Emma, and Mira for making my stay so enjoyable. Breakfast is semi-buffet style and is the best I had while staying in Hanoi, with mains being selected from a good range of options from local to western, and you can have as many as you can finish. The taste and quality were superb.. LOVED the chef's egg benedict! Location wise , it is good with many dining options nearby and a short walk to Lake Hoa Kim. Bed was comfy and pillows fluffy to sleep on. I was just a tad disappointed was seeing a bug on the bed when I first checked in. Otherwise , everything else was superb.

Absolutely amazing and outstanding service. While everywhere in Vietnam we were treated nicely and politely, at the Du Lac they went out of their way, from the welcome drink to allowing us a late check out to handling our luggage. Breakfast is excellent.

Amazing hospitable staff super nice friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was very delicious even better than some of the highly recommended restaurants. Their coffee is the best. However there were some construction noises. Bed and pillow weren’t comfy for me since I have bad back and neck.

Great location at old quarter. Walking distance to night market and various famous eateries.  Superb service by Carlos who gave many recommendations. Excellent breakfast spread and welcome fruit basket. However, water pressure in the shower room needs to increase. Great stay for 1st visit to Hanoi.

Excellent location and great value. We really like this hotel due in part for the location, the great ambiance and service and the food quality. The room was spacious and had great wifi. I will stay here again

good hotel, full English service, most customers are from Europe, waiter attitude is great, you could ask for any reasonable help, like shopping enquiry, you also could use RMB to have current exchange in the hotel. in addition, hotel location is good. overall, I have a good living impression here.

The hotel is perfectly located, within 5-10 min walking distance from Old Quarter, in a street close to St. Joseph Cathedral and the famous Pho 10 Lu Quoc Su, and yet is quiet enough since it is not in the main road. There are many souvenir stores nearby, as well as spa & massages, thus making it super convenient. I love that we can just dump the shopping goods back to the hotel when we are tired, and can go out for foot massage or spa easily, since it’s so conveniently located. Hotel staff and super nice and courteous. The only demerit, is that the room is pretty small and the water pressure for the shower can be higher. But overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 given all the above merits.

Great location, great svc, breakfast was great!  Minor hiccup on room but it was my fault.  They have many room types available and I got confused. It was fine, though.   Tip:  Double check room details and all will be golden. 😁  extra shout out to manager/concierge Mary!!  So helpful!
