Visiting Hanoi with a 6 month old was always going to be a challenge but the hotel staff made this a lot easier with their attentive service. Their was always someone there to help with the pushchair up and down the steps to the hotel even though a pushchair in hanoi is a challenge in itself. The facilities were great and the roof top pool and bar were fantastic, especially once the baby had gone down so we could escape upstairs with the baby monitor for a night cap.

Very good location, walkable to Old Quarter, Shopping districts (cathedral, etc) albeit 15-20mins by foot & CRAZY traffic + uneven pathways. Room was good, but cleanliness can be improved - no complaints for its efficiency though, prompt follow up with our requests. 👍🏻 Service was great!

We had an amazing stay at the Meritel hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very service oriented and super helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet was always delicious with a variety of foods. We will definitely stay at the Mertitel again, the next time we’re in Hanoi.

Location was central. Front desk crew were helpful esp Katy (an asset to the hotel) who regularly check on you if you need further assistance. Only gripe is Food quality; pastry was rather dry and once food finishes, it take a long while to replenish

This is my first time visiting Vietnam and the stay in Meritel Hanoi definitely one of the factor makes this trip a memorable one. Other than good location (very convenient to access to different recommended restaurant) and comfortable room, the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff (such as Daisy, Lukas and Hanh) really helped me a lot during the trip. Special thanks to Daisy, I would say she is a good demonstration of service excellence. Daisy proactively gave us a lot of recommendations to the local attractions and restaurants and even extended help to make reservation , and she even check back with us afterwards. I would recommend Meritel Hanoi if you are going to visit Hanoi.

A sanctuary in the Old Quarter. We were well cared for and very comfortable at Meritel. Top facilities, high quality buffet breakfast. Fun rooftop pool with a great view of the city. So quiet up on the 8th floor, we slept soundly. All as pictured, you won't regret staying here.

Their services are amazing. Especially the lady who talked with us, she told us a local restaurant, and it was so nice.

Great location, walking distance to most attractions in Old Quarter. Staff are very friendly and helpful - when we arrived, a staff sat us down to talk us through nearby attractions and drew directions on a map. They also offered umbrellas on a rainy morning and sheltered a family across the road. Breakfast spread is good, room is spacious and bed is super comfortable. Will visit again.
