Svar fra overnatningssted: Thank you for your feedback. we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We unfortunately do not have an elevator and there really is no way around that. Also, our staff wasn't aware of the issue regarding the AC. There possibly could've been a small issue that needed to rectified i.e dead remote batteries. However, you we such lovely guests so we deeply regret disappointing you. we will use your feedback to improve in the future
