Clean and modern design making it a great deal for the price, i think its beats most hotels in the same price range and area since old quarter is the most touristic part of hanoi. Friendly staff as well, they have a nice 11th floor rooftop bar with a view of the area.

An infuriating and disappointing experience. I would advise anyone considering booking here to think twice. The room had no windows (can be open), which was not as described in the listing. The heating was broken, and despite promises to fix it, nothing was done, nor were additional blankets provided. The hot water lasted only about 10 minutes at a time. I endured a miserable night and couldn't wait to leave. Ultimately, due to early checkout, I was charged for a night and a penalty of approximately 1,150,000 VND. This is unfair: the hotel misrepresented its facilities, which were so inadequate that sleep was impossible. Despite this not being my fault, I was still charged an early departure fee😅

Room is clean, location is central. Easy to locate. Many food options are available. The entrance of hotel is within a smaller road, hence cars cannot enter.

The famous church is just around, many coffee shops and nice restaurants nearby

Very nice room, with plenty of space; the location is the best for Hanoi, close to the OldQuarter but not inside it; there are a lot of restaurants around the place. I think the hotel is expensive for the quality; you can get a very nice apartment, big and in a good location for the same price.

like a two-star accommodation there are two emergency exits on my floor. One looks clear, but the other one is placed with stuffs Some nuts are found on the floor between two twin beds.

We had a very Really clean and nice hotel. Right across the street restaurant, coffee shops pharmacy everything you need . Easy to get to anywhere in Hanoi, launch, good sized rooms. satisfying stay at this hotel, and it was a great memory for me & husband , even we extended tow night . We would like to stay here again.

Hotel location is good, room clean but very noisy especially the rooms near to the lift

Good location. It is situated on a small street which is unaccessible by cars, so quite quiet. Nice coffee shop and laundry service on the same street. We booked a suite in the hotel, which had AC. It was as described.

The hotel has good location (in the old quarter) and helpful staff . They cleaned our room every day. It was a nice stay.

Great location, just 100 meters from the cathedral church of Hanoi So many food stalls are closed at a reasonable price. The hotel room is so artistic with Chinese design. N the bidet is warm water. That's the best

clean and comfortable. would consider to come back again here.

The hotel is in a very good location. Easy to walk around to all the fun places .
