아무래도 위치성 매연과 작은 벌레들은 많지만 방은 깨끗하고 너무 만족스러웠음. 위치가 너무 좋아요

The location and service is incredible! The staff were so friendly and whenever I needed something, they were so quick to help! I had missed breakfast time the first day because I didn’t know it ended at 9:40am. They were so nice that they even sent me breakfast to my room. Would definitely come back!

After looking through pages and pages of hotels, my husband and I were glad we booked this hotel. The staff couldn’t have done anything more for you from the moment you walked through the door! Rooms were perfect, breakfast was lovely. Lovely and quiet in the rooms, even though directly in the Old Quarter! The location was perfect too, close to everything! Highly recommend going to Nem Nướng Nha Trang Quế Hoa for some food close by! Big shout out to Julia, who is just wonderful!

I would say this is one of the best experiences i had in Ha noi . While i was searching for a family stay in ha noi old quarter on tripadvisor, this place showed up with hundreds of positive review, so i picked up with a high expectation ;) . Believe or not, this hotel was for me ! A fresh young staffs running an classy bouquite hotel offer 5 star service and more .. A big applause for management team about the vision , they really know what their core value are, we are feeling home and warm welcomed all the time. Traditional fresh flowers at the lobby, yes attitude in the desk , superb breakfast with ha noi vibe , i cant ask for more ! The location my gosh, you are in the center of everything! I definitely come back here if you still keep it up ! Thank you so much for offering what is called “ hospitality “ ! Well done ^^

The hotel is great and right in the middle of all the action. But what takes it from a great to sheer excellence is their staff. They are so completely efficient and super helpful - I cannot sing their praises enough. Justin and Jennie are both gems! They are excellent. They made us feel like family and every time we would come back from a tour or a meal or just from a walk - they would greet us like family! It really felt like coming home - we were taken care of so well. Jennie was in touch right from the beginning and helped us book an amazing halong bay cruise. She was efficient, would respond immediately and gave me to the point, specific suggestions that was so helpful. Justin knew we were travelling with my parents who are both senior citizens and he would come rushing out to help them out of the car. They and the rest of the team could just not do enough. Ever smiling and so incredibly sweet. It's not often that you miss hotel staff when you leave but we will miss them. They really touched our hearts. The hotel by itself is within easy walking distance of the lake, excellent places to eat, the market and beer street. The rooms while a little on the smaller side are clean and well kept. The bathrooms are spacious and the food really good and served so prettily. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Choose this hotel and you will go back with a smile on your face.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my 5 week trip to Vietnam. I cannot recommend more highly. I booked directly with the hotel and Jennie was very professional and prompt. Jennie also arranged airport transfer when required. The room was excellent. Location is just a short walk to beer street but far enough away to be quiet of a night time. Also short walk to the lake and other local attractions. The hotel staff were all amazing and couldn’t do more to make sure that my stay was excellent. A very special mention though to Tina. Working morning and night(felt like she never left), each day I would be greeted by name with a friendly smile. Whether I was coming or going, she went over and above to ensure I had a great stay. From checking in that the accommodation is comfortable and breakfast was good to asking plans for the day and offering relevant recommendations. Out of 5 weeks in Vietnam, she stands out as a highlight. Thank you Tina, I’ll be back next year!
