everything is nice, super close to the places in old quarter. literally just walk around and you'll see the must see places. there's no free anything tho so u have to bring things like water, soap, towel and such

It was really nice my stay there, Mainly because of this guy Hai, he was such a good person not only as a receptionist but also as a friend, he was really willing to help you. The location (a little bit hidden) is right in the touristic center of Hanoi so it was really convenient to go from one place to another.

It's depend the peoples stay with them in same room, my experience can't sleep very girl at night because so noisy no one respect one when we sleep 😑😑, i never see someone talk at phone 6 o'clock morning or smoking at room 😒, the location it's so good and the service twin it's amazing boy but the girl not good enough, what we can do another experience 🙏

Great location and very friendly staff. Only thing is wait to shower after someone else, there isn't alot of hot water

No one will come to see you if you come early. Lack of shower room/toilets for the clients.

I came early from Sapa, when i arrived back to Hanoi my hotel room wasn’t ready so i had to book for a short period of time. it was around 4am and i was able to check in at 5am. Great 5-6 hours nap of my life.

there is only 1 T&B to be shared but you can use also the toilet at the lower/upper level. the toilet have shampoo & bodywash & tissue paper, water supply is okay & the heater. my bed is little bit hard, have pillow & blanket, mosquitoes also have. towel to be rent at 15t. no drinking water, you need to buy for yourself.

It's really the best accommodation. The lack of toilets was never a problem. It's a very nice accommodation.

It’s very stuffy in the room as well as the bathroom. The smell is not so pleasant and the bathroom has hair everywhere, even after cleaning service. The limited bathroom situation is not ideal but manageable. The curtains on the beds are almost sheer and offer zero darkness and don’t close completely so there is a lack of privacy as well. The reception is right next to the room, separated only by a glass wall and door so it’s very loud and the lounge area is in the room itself, adding to the noise. I wish I would’ve pre-booked one night instead of three. Their saving grace is the location and the staff are all super lovely and helpful.
