Hanoi Airport Hotel - Convenient & Friendly anmeldelser

Good location if you're looking to be close to the airport. We spent one night there. The first room we booked had no lights and hot water in the bathroom so we asked if we could be switched to another room and they obliged.

My wife and I have now stayed 2 times – for stopovers between flights - in the Hanoi Airport Hotel and it’s sister hotel – the Airport Classic hotel. Both are managed by the same family. Both hotels -though small - are furnished to a high standard with good wi-fi, etc. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and best of all – in true Vietnamese fashion – very helpful. Their English is not the best – but that makes it more delightful – and you can practice or learn some useful Vietnamese words and phrases. These hotels are very convenient – especially the Airport Classic hotel which has an elevator – particularly if you have an early morning flight from Hanoi airport. We recommend booking through TRIP.COM but to avoid the hassle of the airport rip off taxi touts - arrange airport transfers directly with the owner, Mr Hieu Van, through *******************************. You will enjoy his welcome to Vietnam.

Absolutely gorgeous room. Was so tired after my 1am flight, but the travel here was cheap and fast. There’s a 24hr checkin but I couldn’t get in, turns out the guy was sleeping and the doorbell wasn’t working, it was fine though. Very comfortable bed, Slept amazingly. Would 100% stay here again if I ever fly to Viet Nam again 👍

A fantastic little airport hotel - perfect for a quick overnight stop or when you have a late night/early morning departure. This is a small, super friendly family guest house, located about 5-10 minutes drive from Hanoi airport. No frills, not luxury, but everything you need for a good night’s sleep along with super friendly service. We were a little worried before we arrived as we realised there aren’t many recent reviews on TA but everything was great and far exceeded our expectations, particularly for the price we paid. The value for money is incredible, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, good air conditioning, a fan, TV and a small fridge with some paid for snacks and complimentary water. Shower is good, water is hot. Our rate included breakfast which we selected the night before - toast with jam, eggs, beef pho, fruits and coffee. The hotel can also arrange airport pick-up/drop off for 6 USD - highly recommend this! Thank you to this wonderful family-run property, we’ll definitely be back next time we have a stopover in Hanoi.

Amazing! Close to the airport, clean, and small--convenient hotel for early morning flights or late arrivals. But above all, the service and hospitality are outstanding. Mr. Henry is really kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay convenient and pleasurable. The hotel pickup and drop-off service was excellent. I have stayed in many big, luxurious hotels, but sometimes boutique hotels like Mr. Henry's, with its personal and human touch, are very heart-warming, practical and the best. Also, I went out to eat (street food) near the hotel and was delighted by the friendliness of the people. I was pleasantly surprised to be invited for food and drinks by complete strangers.
