The staff are all nice and helpful. Ms Selena, made our stay easy as she was very accommodating in all our queries and request.

The location is great, 😊. The front of the boutique and outside view is pretty, however the hotel itself is quite old and the rooms are not comfortable to stay for more than 2 nights.  On the other hand, the service is good, the staff is helpful.  The rooftop has a fine view, you can see the fireworks during the Spring Festival.

The design of the hotel is elegant.  The toilet smell like drainage. The Wifi connection is weak. The television is not working. On our last day, the breakfast they served was the overnight fried rice. Its cold and hard to bite. We also availed their laundry service but its smelly. No chance to ask them because they cannot understand or communicate in English well.

Clean room and near lake. You can go around hotel to eat,enjoy, travel.

We stayed 4 nights. First we booked standard room that was not okay coz it's too small for us. We changed the other room which is more bigger. That's suitable for us. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is good. Location is near to visit a lot of places. If we visit to Hanoi again, AFFA will be one of the listed hotels to book.

Not recommend for family trip, it is suitable for backpackers or travelers who spending more time on the street instead of staying in. The room is super small (15m2) for 2 people, not too clean and the facilities are quite old. The only plus point is the location is next to Sword Lake with a lot of foods and restaurants around. Otherwise, I still can find better alternatives options around this area so… the experience is pretty uncomfortable. P/s: after complaining about the room, they upgraded me a bigger one. It’s ok but still not too clean. Also I feel someone was touching my personal stuffs in my luggage but I have no evidences to prove… Hence you need to be careful with your belongings when staying here

The location of the hotel is very good, from here you can easy to go to almost of interest attractions of Ha Noi , either by bike or by walking. The amenities of the Hotel is very good, friendly and honesty people. Best to travel on the weekends, you can walking to Guom Lake Walking Street (The street only open from Friday night to Sunday night), Ta Hien Beer Street, St. Joseph Cathedral,.. Also have a cozy bar nearby, The Old Well Bar. Wish you guys have a good trip at Ha Noi Gia Huy 03/31 - 04/02

It was a nice classic mini hotel, accessible, near to restaurants, shops etc.The staff were friendly and helpful, it's just that when it was raining the lobby entrance was wet all over as the ceiling was dripping. Must fix it asap before someone will slide onto the floor.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived 3 in the morning. Upon entering the room we can see the stain on the quilt cover. We check inside theres a lot hair it's obvious someone used it before so we had to request the front desk to change all the linen. And everytime we come home back in the afternoon our bath amenities are not refilled. Need to request again from the front desk. Anyways, the location is quite near to attractions and old quarter.

It a good place and good hotel but in the first day the room is so hot

Good location, very nearer to all tourist locations very quiet, neat and clean. Since we stayed at the end of Feb24 the price was so cheap.

The hotel is well located. It's not too far from the main old quarter area. The problem with the hotel is that the room was not clean. There were dirty towels on the floor while trash in the trash bins in both the bathroom and the dinning room. It is not acceptable. This was the first day we arrived and that was not a good start. Even though the problem was resolved and we were given a new room, it is super noisy in the morning (on the ground floor, next to the elevator and close to the reception) and we couldn't really sleep.
