She provides excellent advice on all options, from dining to sightseeing, and her sincerity, accuracy, and competence shine through in every interaction. Jasmine’s passion and efforts are the driving force behind the hotel’s reputation and success. While the facilities are somewhat outdated and could benefit from better maintenance, making the hotel feel mediocre in terms of amenities, Jasmine’s exceptional service adds a touch of magic to the experience. Her commitment to ensuring guests feel welcome and well-informed truly elevates the stay. I had a great stay at this hotel. ❤️ But some amenities might need some fixing. Overall, I am very satisfied. 💯

Felt like this hotel was a bit of a catfish 😅. Doesn’t really look like the photos and there is some weird sh*t going on in the hallways, but it’s quiet, clean, and has a great location. The staff are super friendly and will help you with anything. Didn’t catch the name of one guy working there but he put a smile on our face every time we went down to reception. Would stay here again just for the location and price

リッチはとっても良い 歩いて観光地へ行けます 大通りから１本中に入っているので、まだ静かな方かなと思います フロントの方は英語が話せて安心しました お部屋は窓が小さかったのか、建物のせいなのか、湿気が凄くベットが、湿った感じがしました サラサラのシーツではないかな 浴槽はなくシャワーですが、シャワーが水しか出てこなくて、寒くなりながら、洗いました 朝はお湯が出る時もありますが、熱くなったり冷たくなったりでした 洗面台の水捌けが悪く、流れるまで時間がかかります ドライヤーの風量は良かったです 部屋の隅に蜘蛛の巣などありました ゲジゲジの虫もいました 朝食はとても良かったです フォーも食べれます サンドイッチにしましたが、美味しくいただきました

部屋は古いが使いやすい。タオルも分厚くキレイ。 6階の部屋に案内されたが、エレベーターは5階まで。エレベーターを降りた通路にはエキストラベッド。帰国前の重い荷物を持って上がるのは辛すぎる。 おまけに6階に着くと隣の部屋は工事中。工事業者のおじさん達が大きな音をたてる。しかも20時になっても止まないので、部屋を替えて欲しいと伝えると、工事業者に工事を止めさせる。もうストップしたから大丈夫と。翌朝も9時から工事が始まり、フライト前でチェックアウトまでゆっくりしたかったが堪らず出かけた。 朝食は写真とは全く違い、セミオーダー制。食堂のスタッフはゲームをしていて声をかけても気づかない。ヌードル、*料理、サンドイッチが選べ、サンドイッチを選んだが、パサパサのパンにレタスや*、トマトを挟んだだけ。 良い評価が多かったので期待したが、何のホスピタリティも感じなかった。工事しているフロアーに人を泊めるべきではない。全く寛げなかった。

Saya extend di hotel ini karena nyaman lokasi strategis. Staf ramah banget, kamar bersih, makanan enak pokoknya best Bisa titip koper saat ke sapa dan pulang dri sapa pagi banget dan blm bsa cek in namun krn mau lanjut ke halong bay jd mandi dlu di kamar mandi lobby dan sarapan dihotel sblm berangkat.

還不錯👌，重點服務態度很好。很有禮貌，帶著笑容服務。很熱情幫忙搬行李上車。其實對我太好房間太大兩個床哈哈哈

하노이에선 3번째 방문이며 3번째로 묵고갑니다. 만족합니다.

沒有一次性拖鞋，房間很老舊，展示的酒店門面照片和實際非常不符合，在小巷子裏很難找，房間照片和實際房間根本不是一回事

가는길은 복잡하지만 시설.위치 아주좋아요 무엇보다도 친절정직한 직원덕분에 기분좋은 여행이 되었습니다 특히 하롱베이.마사지.환전.음식점.교통편등소개할때 가장믿고 소개받을수있습니다 혹시나해서 다른곳이나 교민에게 물어봐도 오히려 좋은조건으로 소개 시켜줍니다 특히 베트남 처음인분들은 큰도움됩니다

Khách sạn mở lại sau dịch nên vẫn còn một số trang thiết bị chưa tốt. Vị trí rất thuận lợi vì nằm giữa trung tâm thành phố. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên vô cùng chu đáo. Khách sạn có phục vụ bữa sáng.

맥주거리와 뚱수언시장도 가깝고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 안에는 칫솔 및 치약 그리고 면도 등 세면용품은 따로 챙겨가세요.
