The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, providing excellent services to the customers. The hotel buffet breakfast does not provide the guests with too many choices but make it up by offering guest option to have made to order egg omelette or pho beef noodle. The evening dinner menu is adequate and the food is tasty. The entrance/ reception areas and the general deco/ am·bi·ence of the hotel do not give one the feel of a 4 star hotel but the dedication of the kind staff has nearly made up this shortcoming.

Location is great and convenient, hotel room was alright and clean although it is alittle old. Great check-in process with a personal note. Thankyou (:

今まで行ったアジアのホテルで1番シャワーにストレスなく使用できました。朝食も美味しいです。チェックインは22時と遅かったですが、嫌な顔もされずしっかり対応してもらえました。またハノイに行くことがあったら利用したいです。

酒店位置離步行街15分鐘，近火車站，附近食肆很多，酒店隔離有－間超正米之連小店，營業時間早上至中午一點，無下午和晩市，出售粉類食物，二條街左右有間超多人气甜品店，平靚正。 酒店员工很好，邦我們確認訂車平台司機資料，知道我們六時半出机埸又準備早餐盒，真係暖❤️，👍👍👍

I stayed at hotel Hong Ngoc Cochinchine for two nights and was thoroughly impressed! It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly; Hannah, Harry, Luna and Finn always had a smile on their face and were willing to help wherever possible. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a central location in Hanoi!

Luna at reception was incredibly helpful! Our son had to go to the hospital and she was so wonderful in organising extra nights of accomodation last minute. The restaurant is also very good and all the staff are very helpful! They will bring your bags up, do ironing, organize laundry etc - the best!

Friendly and helpful staff. Tidy and decent sized room. Upgraded to a window room but didn't make much difference to us as we were only.on the second floor. Great location as well. Handy to restaurants and convenience stores. Very well organised with the Intrepid Tour that we were on.

This beautiful orchids greeting you when you enter the hotel is just the start of the lovely experience we had at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the on-site restaurant reasonable and the breakfast is nice. But this hotel's greatest asset is the friendly and efficient staff. My husband forgot the cord of his medical equipment at home, and the hotel staff went over and above the call of duty to assist us to get something suitable that will enable him to use is medical equipment. They contributed to the rest of our 3 week trip being memorable and comfortable! Thank you!

Excellent hotel that is very centrally located. Breakfast was very delicious and the staff very attentive and always willing to help. Room was clean and quiet and had all necessary facilities. I had a massage in the SPA area which I can strongly recommend -veey good price ratio.

The staff were extremely helpful whether it be calling us a cab and ensuring we got in the correct cab or helping us navigate on foot. The hotel was clean and breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of options including some vegetarian. Location is conveniently located next to a Michelin Star restaurant and Lake Ho Tay area and about 20 minute walk to the outskirts of the Old Quarter. It is also a close walk to Hanoi Train Street

Very clean and nice sized rooms. The hotel staff are lovely- friendly and helpful with lots of smiles. It’s a great location- we were able to walk everywhere quite easily and the breakfast was tasty! Also the water pressure was great and it was hot which is nice because it was chilly at night. Didn’t get a chance to try the spa but it looked very inviting…
