Lost 2 night's money worth and didnt even stay a night! We booked the hotel with 1 night extra since we're coming in early and hoping we could get a room for a quick rest. Upon arrival at the hotel, the room given to us was nothing like the pictures shown on the Internet. Pretty much run-down, mold smell and glass panels with trash all over the hall from the elevator. We could not stay any minute in the room and had to move out, booking another hotel to stay. Talked to the hotel for some refund/support and my requests were in vain. This is max 2-star standard. 4-star is very much misleading. Book elsewhere and steer clear of this Jacosmo hotel.

Good location but it seems a bit old comparing with the photo, a bit noisy but it doesn’t matter. Quite disappointed but I think most of the hotel in Hanoi have the same problem

The hotel personal was very attentive and helpful in every step firstly thanks a lot to them. However the rooms have a smell of mold and they got a little oldish. We have stayed in first two nights in suit room at the top floor but we couldn’t stand anymore the smell of mold and got allergic so that we asked to change the room. The new room was much better but still with a little smell. The location is just perfect and breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel is located very center of the old town. It’s walkable to all the attractions. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and the you can even order the breakfast of your choice.

This hotel is reccomendable. For 3 days I stayed, all employees did their best to make me comfortable in their hotel. It was really impresive. Eventhough its amenities was not that excellent, i fully felt happy staying their. (Breakfast was good!!)

지난 7년 동안 베트남에 수십차례 갔으나 이 호텔처럼 황당한 경우는 없었다. 국내도 아닌 외국인이 갔는데 도착 당일 호텔룸에 전기에 문제가 있어 방을 이용할 수 없다며 돈을 환불해주던지 새로운 호텔을 찾아 준다고 했다. 내가 방문했던 시기가 많은 여행객이 온 시기라서 환불하는 불편보다 그들이 소개해 준 호텔에 머물기로 해서 소개받은 호텔로 갔는데 이건 뭐라 말로 표현할 수 없이 형편 없는 호텔이었다. 그래도 하노이 도착 첫날이라 몸도 피곤해서 참고 하루를 잤지만 이건 웬걸 내가 머문 호텔 방값이 내가 예약한 금액보다 훨씬 싸게 아고다에 제시되어 있고 더구나 나는 식사 포함이었지만 이들이 소개해준 호텔은 식당 자체가 없었다. 다음 날 다시 처음 예약한 이호텔로 와서 문제를 제기해서 돈의 일부 정확히 말하면 내가 정당히 돌려 받아야 하는 금액보다 적은 금액을 돌려봤고 식사는 처음 예약한 이호텔서 하고 하루만 숙박을 하고 나왔다. 서비스가 제일인 관광산업 최일선인 호텔의 양심 없는 행동이 지금도 생각하면 화가 난다.

ホテルスタッフの笑顔と接客が良く、朝食も毎日違ったレパートリーで楽しめました。ハノイに来た際はまた利用したいです。

名副其實的照騙，設施破舊不堪，衞生狀況不佳。除了地理位置不錯，其他簡直一無是處。別再相信鬧市區有物美價廉的酒店了，我已體驗過兩三家照騙。多花點錢住好一點才是明智選擇。

L'emplacement est correct seul point positif à mon point de vue. À notre arrivée le réceptioniste n'avait pas encore fait le check in, qu'il cherchait à nous vendre des excursions. Par la suite la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle réservé (bien plus petite) de plus, le réceptioniste nous propose une autre chambre moyennant 50 dollars supplémentaires car la chambre que nous avions réservé n'était pas disponible. Après avoir contacté le service client trip.com( service très réactif 🙏), la situation à évoluer pour la première nuit avec un surclassement. Mais la propreté laissait à désirer avec pour exemple des serviettes de bains sale. Cerise sur le gâteau le lendemain matin plus d'eau.... bref pire début de séjour de ma vie. Nous avons pu grâce à trip.com annuler notre séjour. Hôtel à éviter si vous voulez profiter de Hanoï en toute sérénité. P.s.: ne surtout pas laisser votre numéro au réceptioniste car même après l'annulation celui-ci a continuer à nous harceler pour nous vendre des excursions.

チェックアウト後の荷物預かりやタクシー手配などスムーズで親切でした。 ホテル関係者の親切さのあまり、チップを渡したくらいです。

Hôtel bien placé à côté du vieux quartier. Le personnel est charmant. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

価格が安いものの、朝食があり、歯ブラシなどのアメニティもしっかりしていた。浴槽に虫がいたが、伝えたら掃除をしてくれた。
