Our stay was wonderful.Very good hospitality.Buffet breakfast was excellent.

I was really impressed by Solaria Hanoi with their level of hospitality and hotel offerings. Susan at the front desk was super polite and helpful, and explaining all the details to us at check-in, they offers us a hotel map and help with airport transfer at fair rate to make our travel easier. All staff were super friendly and helpful, room is beautiful, breakfast was great, they also have a cool rooftop bar. The hotel comes with a spa and two restaurants, which unfortunately we didn't have time to try as we were just staying there for one night. The hotel is right at the heart of Old Quarter and is part of the weekend night market zone, meaning everything is in walkable distance. We are really glad to have spent time at this hotel and would love to come back and spend more time in the future!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It also has a good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are all commendable and approachable. Apart from the accommodation, the hotel also arranged land transfers and tours. Overall, staying here made our trip in Hanoi memorable.

This hotel has a very good restaurant in the basement, both the food and the ambiance are hard to find elsewhere in the city ! Many thanks to Miss Ann and to guide me through the menu. The staff in this hotel goes an extra mile for the guest, you will leave with a simile and I definitely will come back. The breakfast has a big variety and is very fresh. A big compliment to Susan !

Location is convenient, away from the busy old quarter. All the staffs were friendly and helpful, especially David,My, Lily,Hanah and Liam Lee. We enjoyed our stayed there. Will recommend to friends and will come back again.

This hotel blew me away. Tiny hotel in the heart of old quarters, shopping everywhere. The rooms were huge. And so clean. And had a bathtub. Toilet was huge. Breakfast was truly amazing. Most dishes were fantastic. U could eat it and it would last from Breakfast till lunch. The service. They go out of their way to welcome you and help you with everything. Making reservations, coming to check if everything is ok. Massage was very reasonable price and yet high quality too. All the staff were exceptionally warm so it’s unfair to name one person. Yet I will name Susan as someone who was so helpful. Very sincere. And really came out of the hotel to see us off. I would love to stay here again.

I had an amazing experience staying at Solaria Hanoi. I was recommended by a friend who already stayed here before and being the first time traveler, I checked the review, saw so many positive reviews and all of it were indeed true! Location was very central in the Old Quarter area, walking distance to the lake and good restaurants nearby. Service and hospitality were top notch, I was served a welcome drink, a slice of cake and cold towel while waiting for the front desk to take care of my reservation. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. I also used their airport transfer service which price I feel are very reasonable considering the distance to the airport. They also provide SIM card at the hotel at a reasonable price and package, I didnt use this service but I think this is an awesome offering. Room was clean, and have everything I need as a solo business traveler. Amenities are complete, hairdryer is available in the room, breakfast was great! On top of the buffet selection they offer a la carte menu that's complimentary to the breakfast price. I'm not the kind of traveler who writes a long review, but when I do it's either I got a really bad service, or an excellent one. Solaria Hanoi was definitely on the positive side of the spectrum! I'd recommend this place to everyone who's staying at Hanoi! Special shoutout to Tamila and Kho who assisted me with warmth across my stay!

We had a great time at Solaria Hotel! The service was superb and we were very touched by the staff who went the extra mile for us. The staff were very responsive to our queries and gave us great tips in navigating the city. The hotel rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious too. Thank you to the staff for the great service :) it really made our stay in Hanoi very memorable.
