The first impression of the hotel was not very good, because the attitude of the reception was so unpleasant and rude. However, most of the hotel confirmed my choice. The condition of the room - clean and well-organized. The auxiliary facilities were old but okay. The breakfast was also prepared only with a menu to choose from, which was good. And the staff were well-trained. The check-out completely reversed my image of this hotel. The staff member, Ms. Anh Vu, was in charge and was perfect. I was able to check out with a very happy heart. I hope this staff member's customer service method will be maintained for a long time. And I hope to meet this staff member again the next time I stay at this hotel.
