It’s difficult to stay spacious in the old town, and the hotel staff is very friendly

好的住宿體驗 這家飯店服務非常好,地點就在還劍湖旁邊，cp值高,服務人員非常有禮貌體貼、周到! 飯店提供的早餐非常豐盛,是自助餐式,可以吃到越南當季的各種水果,也可 以點河粉和煎蛋,非常美味!服務人員非 常專業禮貌! 我們在這裡待了一個禮拜,由這裡出發去北越各景點，走訪下龍灣、陸龍灣及板約瀑布；回來繼續住，暢遊河內老城區，看還劍湖的日出、日落，造訪河內大教堂、獨柱寺，還有火車街等著名景點，悠閑的巡訪36行街，享受購物的樂趣。 因為四處造訪，我們並非連續住宿，有時早出、有時晚歸，去checkin,checkout總在常規時段外， 飯店人員總是儘可 能滿足我們的各種需求,非常體貼,這是 我們遊歷各國少見的服務品質,值得大推。

호안끼엠호수 근처면서 맥주거리와 가깝기때문에 위치는 최고입니다. 대신 좋은 접근성만큼 밤에 조금은 시끄럽습니다. 자정은 지나야 자는데 방해되지 않습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고, 마주칠때마다 인사해주고 안부를 물어줍니다. 도움이 필요할땐 적극적으로 도와주어 정말 고마웠습니다. 조식은 부페형식도 좋고 주문하는 단품요리도 훌륭합니다. 매일 과일이 6~8가지 나오기때문에 따로 과일을 사먹을 필요가 없을 정도입니다. 다음번에 하노이에 온다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

環境：酒店距離還劍湖非常近，出門左轉兩三百米就到了還劍湖最熱鬧的那條步行街 服務：Tommy還有前台小姐姐都很熱情，英語也很好 衞生：衞生也會及時打掃，整體上還是不錯的。

房間不大。衞生不行，娃被咬了一身包。

環境：位置出行方便，吃喝方便

The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, with plenty of shops in the nearby vicinity. It is a little cramped so it may not be good for claustrophobic people. As for the staff, I cannot commend Max enough. I dropped my phone on the grab car and he immediately helped me to follow up, retrieve information and then contact grab and eventually managed to get back my phone. The receptionist Anh is also extremely cheerful and chatty, and would keep suggesting places and cafes for me to visit. Definitely a hotel I will go back again in future.

Hotel is small but has a great provincial vibe staff are great! The room was clean and had a small verandah.Rooftop bar is ideal and has a fantastic view! Good drink selection and competitive! 2 min walk to night food markets. Genuinely a good place to stay breakfast was included and was good but simple!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They made suggestions on places and restaurants to go. They accommodated us for an early check-in. The room is good. Enough space for 2. Bed is comfortable. It’s peaceful at night so no problem with our sleep.

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff A1, nothing was too much trouble. Room well equipped with tea/coffee, hairdryer. Huge bathroom/shower. Comfortable king bed. Sky bar the perfect place for cocktails and food. Perfect location for checking out the Old Quarter. Highly highly recommend. We will be back

Great staff and clean hotel. The customer service was great and everyone was attentive to our needs. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was awesome, the breakfast was really good. Location perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay thank you ! 🤩

This hotel is very well located in the Old Quarter and very near Hoan Kiem lake. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. I took the Family Room with Lake View and its located towards the back of the hotel and on the 7th floor - there was a nice view of the lake. Room was a decent size and clean. Beds were medium firm and comfortable. Wifi in room was ok. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. The room came with breakfast and there was a reasonable selection, including items that are made to order (their beef pho was quite good). Would definitely stay here again.
