Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa anmeldelser

Booked this hotel based on the review of other travelers. We stayed 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, when we checked in the staff member provided us the map of the city giving us some tips, the breakfast has several choices and is more than satisfactory. About the room I think it would need some kind of renovation: walls and doors especially. Unfortunately when I booked I didn’t realize that I booked a room with no view which means that basically you don’t have natural light entering. Overall a nice stay considering that the hotel is in a good location.

We enjoyed our 1N stay in Emerald Waters thoroughly. It’s a pity we could not get another night with the same hotel after our Halong Bay tour as it was fully booked. The receptionist, Claire was very friendly and helpful upon our checked in. We stayed at the Family Room with city view. So the room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Location was perfect as it is just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and we don’t find our outside surrounding to be noisy during the night time too. Will recommend tourists to book their stay here. Will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Hanoi in future.

Everything was good. The room wasnot that soacious but well maintained. Staff were super nice and kind. Message was superb as well.

Guess what, I saw small cockroach in the toilet and it goes into the bedroom (really last day before I check out might be since i check in will be there but luckily I didn’t see it. I am really afraid of cockroach). If you are looking for the cleanness dun come this hotel felt a bit old and not really meet my expectations. It said that is city view give me 3rd floor what city view I can see???? Another more disappointing is 2nd floor is dining hall all the smell it come to my room which not made me hungry just discussing oily smell. There is door separation between floor but it’s opened so u imagine all smell come up into your room. Just another disappointment not to recommend this hotel again to my friends. Out of exception staffs are all friendly and helpful. I doubt people choose this hotel might be due to staffs kindness.

Jennie the receptionist is very welcoming and helpful, all the staff were. Rooms are cleaned well and bed is comfortable. Nice spread for breakfast buffet. Location is good also. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Excellent staffs and wonderful buffet breakfast. Staffs help arranged local tours that are better priced than online bookings. Thank you Kim and Anna. Will definitely book again if coming back to Hanoi.

Hotel location is great, rooms are spacious too. the staff are friendly and was wlecome by Zoey. she is so nice that to prepare bfast for us the next day as we had to check out at 545am to leave for our sapa trip.

It is a great hotel to stay and located at the heart of city center. Receptionists are friendly as well.

It was great. Staff were friendly. Hotel also provided airport transfer with a fee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is situated 2 walking streets away from the lake. Beds, Pillows are comfortable. Towels are clean. Hotel Room is decent. Rooms wall are thin. For the price including breakfast and near to the lake it’s well priced. Staff is very friendly and can converse very well.

My stay at Hanoi Emerald Waters was amazing!! The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good but the best part of our stay had to be the friendly staff! Zoey helped us out so much from beginning to end, and honestly I’ve never seen a hotel where they greet you so well and remember your name. The other services were also helpful, like the spa and the laundry service. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I come back to Hanoi!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day off right. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a smile especially the manager, Ms. Kim. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Very good service by all the hotel staff! The connecting room was actually 2 separate rooms at the end of the hallway, with an extra door installed in the middle (can be locked from the inside). The rooms were clean and very spacious. Not sure if all rooms come with breakfast by default, but we were allowed to have the breakfast even though we didn't opt for it. Highly recommended!
