This was the best hotel experience of the whole our trip. A25 set the bar high and gave the best service. We checked in late at night but it was no problem at all. The rooms are very well equipped, there is everything you need for life. The hotel was quiet, it was an island of peace in the noisy Hanoi. The breakfast is vietnamese buffet style with a good choice, you can find something to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, thanks Hang and Thue

The service was great especially the front desk Thuy she was very helpful. We love the breakfast, they gave ay options. And It’s easy to reach the tourist spots.

Actually, it's a great option for quick overnight stays. Rooms are clean. Showers are hot and fridges are cold. Staff were very helpful to Western travellers. Great location and price. We will be staying here again before heading home. Would definitely recommend it.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Hanoi but this is the best thus far. It is a triple room and has things provided like a 5 star hotel room (eg. bath robes, magnifying mirror, bathtub, hair band, etc.) and the rate is very good. The breakfast is a good variety of food and it is sumptuous. However, need to cross the road to another building for breakfast. Next time I will book a room in that building instead. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Best Service, Spacious & Clean room, friendly staff. Definitely 5 stars. Recommended for travelers and businessmen. Thuy Hang and Linh Yen are the friendly and attentive staff.

The room is fantastic! Super comfy bed, nice shower, warm room and a lot of products! Room super clean, staff kind and friendly. They rent motorbikes at good price and exchange money also good rate. The breakfast has a lot of options for Vietnamese food only.

Our 2nd stay in a week - we enjoyed our stay again staff were great , friendly and helpful, location excellent, breakfast delicious but unfortunately room 601 we stayed in was not the same standard as our room last week room 501 which we paid the same amount :(
