The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.

Probably my favorite hotel in Hanoi. Location is top notch. Interior and exterior designs are exquisite. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Rooftop pool is nice and with a great view. But the best part of Oriental Jade is its staff and quality of service. Huge thanks to general hotel manager for taking care of us upon our check-out!

Seriously a great hotel. Breakfast is well made and quite big selection. Fresh Pho Bo is just perfect. Nothing to complain here. the rooms are a little bit smaller - but for a hotel in this location absolutely quiet and fine. You have an amazing place to start your Hanoi activities… The team is doing a fantastic job. Service is impeccable. Really amazing.

The location is perfect for all activities!

The staff are very warm, they can remember the room we stayed, and kindly remind we need to catch an early flight and should leave before schedule during breakfast. We will definitely come again and stay in this hotel the while we come to Hanoi next time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities was decent, many eateries around the area. The staff, Nancy was helpful and assisted to our request promptly. Worth going back.

원래 뷰 없는 투배드 룸이었는데 룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 뷰 좋은 킹베드 룸으로 옮겼고 추가로 침대도 넣어 주셨습니다 또 마지막에 커피 선물도 주시고 택시도 공짜로 태워 주셔서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다

河內還劍湖中心地點，去各種地方都很方便。就是房間有點小，窗户打開是面牆。 建議提前預訂 鎖定好一點的房型。 樓頂有泳池，樓底有Spa。
