Everything was very good, especially the staff. They were kind, friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, although being over 60 I had trouble with the ladder. I was kindly moved to a lower bunk when it became available. It was a great location as well

We were initially skeptical about this place when we heard that its a hostel but the people there made us feel so at home. They were attentive to all our needs and were very accomodating to our requests. For eg luggage storage. They kept in touch throughout our stay in Vietnam. Shoutout to Julia, Adams and Trom(not sure if i got his name right.)

I stayed at Cheers Hostel in Hanoi for a couple of days while coordinating my Ha Giang Loop trip, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location is perfect, tucked away on a charming walking street filled with amazing coffee spots, delicious food, and top-notch pho. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and courteous, making my stay so smooth and enjoyable. As for the Ha Giang Loop, their trip organization stood out among all the options in the city—an absolutely superb experience. Highly recommend!

Great hostel and very good personnel, everything was good, the cleaning, the check out could be delayed for sleep. The personnel was very cool and we had a great discussion about Vietnam. They told us where to go to get some good food and to go out.

Amazing tour of the Ha Giang Loop! We had a great stay with Cheers, staff were accommodating and super helpful with lots of recommendations for Hanoi. We then headed over to Ha Giang to start our tour on a VIP sleeper bus. The Ha Giang Loop is incredible, it’s the highlight of our time in Vietnam! Our riders were very friendly and helpful, big shout out to Mike and Lom who made our trip so great. We received total passenger princess treatment and we definitely missed them after we came back! Our group of 11 also made the trip really enjoyable and we loved meeting people from all over the globe! Thank you Cheers!

Very good hostel in excellent location in old quarter of Hanoi. Close to everything and just 1 min away from famous st Joseph cathedral. Super staff who help in every way.. offer many great tours like ha long cruise and ha giang motorcycle tour .. good firm beds for nice sleep and well maintained dorms n bathrooms for pleasant stay.

Amazing staff and such a fabulous trip. Did the ha giang loop with 5 friends and everything was so well organised. The food on the trip was gorgeous and the home stays were great. They were so accommodating the whole way through. I left my shoes in one of the hostels and they tried their best to return them to me (successfully)! Would highly recommend

This hostel was perfect for us to stay, I would recommend it to anyone! The staff were very friendly especially the ladies working there! It was an ideal location for us and everything was walkable distance! The rooms were very clean! I would definitely stay here again. It was very convenient also to do the Ha Giang loop through these. The Loop was amazing and the riders that accompanied us were excellent! I would consider what month to come as June is Wet season and can affect the scenery with clouds & rain! But even at that we had a great time. Overall this has made our Vietnam trip tremendous.

I had a fantastic stay at Cheers Hostel. The staff is exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. I booked a private room and it was clean and lovely. The location is also great! A great experience at Cheers and would stay again. I also booked a tour of the Ha Giang Loop thru Cheers and I had an amazing time!! The guides were so nice, safe drivers, and made the entire experience incredible. This tour was one of my favorite things I’ve done and I’ve travel pretty extensively. I would recommend cheers hostel to anyone staying in Hanoi and looking to explore the Ha Giang Loop. Thanks to the Cheers team for making my time in Hanoi so wonderful!
