In hanoi old quarter. Room small. Breakfast got variety. We were served tea n snack on arrival and briefed on where to walk around on map. Excellent service by staff.

Will definitely come back again, good location good services and breakfast is good as well.

Staff in all parts of the hotel showed impeccable attention to detail. Front desk/ concierge staff (big shoutout to David) recommended us tours and were very familiar with the itinerary, so much so that David prepared water bottles for us because a particular tour didn't include it. Everyone else always made it a point to check in with us and offer to help with anything or questions. The hotel and our room had everything we needed, and comfort was never far.

Amazing staff who were welcoming and incredibly helpful to get to know the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My friend and I enjoyed our time in Hanoi and look forward to going again soon!

Wow, where do I even begin? I’m thoroughly impressed with this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a delightful snack. The manager and front desk staff took the time to introduce some of Hanoi’s iconic sights and personally escorted me to my room. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring exceptional service and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—I can’t thank them enough! They even went above and beyond to prepare breakfast for me on my early morning departure. Rooms are wonderfully comfortable and impeccably clean. I loved how soft the bed and pillows were; there were times I didn’t want to leave my room at all. The thoughtful touches, like the welcoming card, were truly heartwarming. Location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll from Train Street and the vibrant Old Quarter. Honestly, you’ll be missing out if you don’t book your stay here. Huge thanks to the staff for their outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

Location is good. And all the staff speak fluently English, include the SPA’s staff. All of them are nice and warm. Recommend 🤘🏽🤘🏽

Five star service, from check in to check out. 🥳🥳The staff from front desk David was very accommodating and vey polite. Breakfast was very Good👍 and service was fantastic. I can’t believe Bespoke Trendy hotel could be one of the unforgettable memories in Hanoi to me! I highly recommend this hotel - room is very clean and tidy, location is down in the centre so very accessible! The most amazing thing is their service, their staff are very caring and dedicated! Big applause to David who is one of the bests, he is very heartwarming and passionate, sharing loads of top to do/eat list with us. You can definitely feel the passion of Vietnamese from him! He fills his energies to his job and visitors! If you are planning your trip in Hanoi, Bespoke Trendy could be an good option for you!

Excellent location, new facilities, comfy bed and helpful and friendly staff. Vu is so thoughtful to help me change to a room on higher floor because of the noise outside the room. Their great hospitality is much appreciated.

The service is wonderful, the location is quite nice, but a little distance from the lake, but it also makes the hotel in quiet. If you are willing to have quiet room, not far from the lake, and perfect Cost/performance value hotel, this is exactly what you are looking for. The breakfast is also good, please do book the breakfast when you stay.

With this price I didn’t expect too much, BUT, surprisingly Bespoke offered me one of the best service experiences in Vietnam ! Services : I called Bespoke and get the front desk to add my Zalo when I was in the car on my way to Hanoi. Trung Hiêu contacted me via Zalo immediately and understood my request for spa service. He sent me the Spa menu, and book the spa for me for the next day … all these were done even before I arrived the hotel! When I arrived the hotel, someone helped me with my luggage and offered me with welcome drink and snacks! Trung also offer me a hotel they cooperated with ( which I don’t recommend). Room: the bed is huge and comfortable and the pillows are nice and soft. Window view is actually nothing worthwhile to see tho. FOOD: breakfast is cute delicate yet yummy. Love small portion pho and egg Benedict! Spa: highly recommend, just as other reviews do, the Spa ! I had 2.5 hour spa, that is truly relaxing and worth every penny! I feel really comfortable with my therapist, her technique and she is very experienced. I’ve tried the cheaper street spa in Hanoi which the young massage girl stand on my back to crack my back in which really freaks me out. But this be wellness spa I told them I don’t feel comfortable people stand on my back, and they just don’t do that. Hotel itself is good, but spa becomes the reason I will definitely come back to stay with bespoke, and maybe I will no longer consider other hotel. Oh , only one thing I didn’t like is I would prefer they offer one time slipper. I don’t feel comfortable using slippers knowing other people have been using it.

Excellent location at the old quarters of Hanoi. Came to Hanoi here with my boyfriend for his birthday celebration and we chose to stay at Bespoke & Trendy Hotel. Upon check in, I was greeted and attended by their friendly staff named Nhung who gave us a complimentary upgrade of room as we are here for a celebration. Nhung made us feel the warmth of Vietnam and ensured our stay was comfortable and smooth. She took the initiative to WhatsApp me different local food and attractions around the area and check up on whether we needed anything else on our stay. She also arranged a birthday cake to be sent to the room after my spa to surprise my boyfriend. The hotel staff also made special birthday decorations on our bed to warmly welcome us during our stay. Overall I must say, Nhung attentiveness is highly commendable and service staff from this hotel is also top notch. As my boyfriend and l were heading to Halong Bay cruise the next day and upon check out, Nhung also gave us some free snacks and tea for our 2 hour journey ahead. I would love to be back to Bespoke & Trendy hotel whenever I visit Hanoi again in the near future:) Overall a 11/10 experience!

I had an absolutely amazing time staying here. The hotel service is over the top - better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Recommend getting the rooms with a view, and definitely don’t skip the breakfast!

Modern and comfortable hotel with great service. The staff were excellent at the reception, the spa and the restaurant. Breakfast is very good. The hotel gave us a room to shower while we waited to leave for our next location in the evening. Highly recommend this place. Only thing that may bother some people is on the next lane and around the corner are the funeral parlours and shops making flower wreaths.
