First impressions- feels like a hotel a middle aged business man would stay at. It’s not shiny and new and not much personality. The staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower is not great. We had a tub/ shower and the shower head had zero pressure so impossible to have a proper shower. We had to use the other hand held shower head which had good pressure, but you had to shut it off soap, rinse off, shut it off wash your hair rinse off, so it was a bit of a pain in the ass. The a/c is cold and the water is hot. The gym was decent and you can get a workout in. The pool has a constant film of pollution on it because the filter doesn’t run on a regular basis it seems. So I only put my feet in. It didn’t look that clean and the pool area isn’t maintained on a constant basis. The breakfast was average. I can say the coffee was strong. It the food to us was pretty basic so we barely found anything appealing. Poor fruit selection. The bread looked and tasted like it did not come fresh from a bakery but from a package. There seemed to be a little of everything but not much of anything if that makes sense. We much preferred to go out and eat very fresh Vietnamese breakfast on the street. Sometimes I think people just eat it because it’s included, but honestly it was just not for us. We did really like the area. At first glance there doesn’t seem like much is going on but walk 10 min in any direction and there is a lot going on! We moved out of the old quarter to get more of a local feel and this area is certainly that. Plus it doesn’t have the inflated costs that come with the touristy Old Quarter. Overall the hotel feels tired but it’s clean and your basic needs are met. They do have very good towels. We would probably stay again because we love the area but would also look around to see what other hotel options we could find. So depends what your expectations are and what you need from a hotel.

I had a wonderful trip here. My room is clean & comfortable. Staffs are very friendly, always smile. I love swimming pool. Around here has many local restaurants. Place is quiet, suitable fo me. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return on future visits. I will recommend for my friends.

Great hotel, many local stores nearby. Have staffs that speaks English and Chinese. Got an upgrade on the room and the bed was comfortable. The only complain is the breakfast wasn't too delicious but acceptable

All the staff are kind and friendly. Even if I arrived early, I was able to respond politely. The pool is located on the rooftop and has a good view.

The service is perfect, however the room has a little bit problem. First of all, the place for shower is not separated, and the door is quite well designed that makes the room noisy at night.

We had a great time in hotel, staff was very humble specially Ms. Nag has helped us in everything we ask her. Neat and clean rooms.. Thanks to Ms Nag and all staff ( restaurant and cleaning)🙏🏼

Excellent hotel and staff The rooms were spacious and comfortable with many amenities and easily available customer service! The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options. Excellent customer service provided by Ms.Nga a concierge at the Front Desk. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! This was a very pleasant stay! Would visit again if we had the chance!

t is a very right choice to stay in this hotel in Hanoi. The environment here is very quiet and the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. Especially the housekeeper at the front desk,named Cao Nga,she was very warm and thoughtful. She patiently dealt with the problems I faced and helped solve them. It was really great!

Every time I travel to Hanoi I stay at this hotel only, the staff is perfect and smiling. Good food but the breakfast menu is not that big ok. Amusing room service, They clean the room multiple times if you in and out of the room...even when u go for breakfast and back the room will be cleaned.
