Charming hotel with good panorama view from the rooftop terrace. We booked the Junior Suite for a bigger room and balcony. The bathroom was sizable for Old Quarter but unfortunately the water pressure/shower head made it very difficult to have a proper shower.

All of the receptionists, housekeepers, and bartenders were pleasant and accommodating. If there’s anything to be improved on, I think it’s the staff at the breakfast buffet. They were nice but they prioritized asking me my room number instead of giving/showing me the menu first, I had to even ask for it.

ALL the staff went above and beyond, we're so friendly, helped us with flight and tour bookings and taxis.. Everything at your doorstep in Old Quarter or a scooter ride away.

Beautiful hotel, every detail is very thought out. Breakfast was delicious, staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious, large bathtub and shower. Rooftop area had amazing views of the city.

I made reservations for three rooms and checked in at the front desk in the morning but by 3 p.m., there were still no rooms available for me. The building had very few windows and no distinction between sizes, yet the prices varied significantly. The facilities in the rooms were old and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. The hotel's pool, despite looking nice in photos, turned out to be just a small kiddie pool. The hotel staff had difficulty understanding English and Mandarin, making communication challenging. Furthermore, the location was not particularly convenient. Overall, this hotel is not worth the high price.

Nice mattress for a peaceful sleep to recharge after the tiring day and welcomed by delicious local breakfast the next morning and warmth by the great hospitality of the staff , what else could a traveller ask for ?

Hotel is kinda old compare to the Peridot Grand Luxury. Room is also smaller as expected.

Enjoyed my stay in peridot Gallery Hotel. Hotel staff even upgraded my room, and put me up in the top floor with a suite room with a nice City view. Hotel breakfast was great, and room was nice and Clean.

It was our first trip to Vietnam and we were glad that we chose Peridot Gallery Hotel for our stay in Hanoi. It was strategically located at the Old Quarter and there were many interesting little shops, cafes, and eateries around. Everything was reachable by foot. We were super impressed with its service , all the staffs were happy to help and would do their best to accommodate our needs! When we had to walk over to their sister hotel for our SPA appointment they even allocated a staff to walk us there ! Breakfast was of the best quality ! We also took time to enjoy the rooftop bar at night ! All in all we were really satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others !

Very good location and delicious food! Rooms are clean and bed is wonderful for a night's rest after a long day. Staff is very kind and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to people visiting Hanoi. 👌

Small hotel in the center of old Hanoi. Super friendly staff, cozy rooms. Nice breakfast and good sky bar
